I'm about to get knee injections for the first time.

NO gloves = potential joint infection!

my surgeon didnt give me any spray or anesthesia for my knee and i felt an intense amount of pain during and after the injection.

@@latreciachandler3297 Oh stop. after the injection your knees feel like jelly like they have a lot of fluid in and around the joints (which they do) and after 1-2 days that goes away and you feel better

You need to see orthopaedic surgeon. Ask your doctor for a referral. It works, ive had it done, ITs fantastic

Not. Helpful. Showing the landmarks so a provider can get the needle into the joint capsule is the KEY piece of information that you are totally failing to reveal. This was a waste of time IMO.

Do that to me and im kicking off
