    You should always aspirate before injection to ensure you are not in a vessel.

    Can we inject xylocaine 1percent mix with methyle prednisolone acetate.

    I'm not sure why you would pushed the needle all the way through and then back it put half way. If it only needs to go halfway then do it that way and save the possible pain that comes from getting your bone or nerves jabbed by a long needle.

    Wow @scarred10 and @weirdo-gj5xz I guess you guys are the gunners of your respective medical class. While you are right it is fairly obvious it is the medial aspect of the knee, your responses reveal an underlying lack of empathy for others. Your bedside manner is as important as technical skill. Work on it boyz.

    Video for teaching skills could be improved. Would be much more helpful to draw the anatomical landmarks first because students are not there to palpate them. There are other approaches to a knee injection, why not mention or show those as well?
