we flew KLM from LAM to AMS 2 months ago. Economy Premium.. we had an excellent experience. Above United Economy Premium and AirFrance Economy Premium. The 787-10 we flew made the biggest difference. Good video! we are subscribed!

Thank you very much! The airside area is full of storefront windows so it's great for pictures. BTW don't forget to visit the panorama terrace. It's the best place to spot planes and there is a real KLM Fokker 100 on display.

I have already left a comment on your Lufthansa 747 experience from YYZ to FRA. As I've already said, KLM is our favourite Airline. Friendly Professionals delivering excellent Quality and Service! We love to fly KLM, especially in Premium Economy Class on long haul routes. We truly recommend you to try this out! KLM 's Product is way better in terms of seats and service in comparison to LH - also food presentation and Quality on KLM is nearly unbeatable. How did you like your transatlantic crossing on KLM? Do you agree with me? We personally prefer A 330 or B 777 Aircraft but don't really mind flying on the 787 Dreamliner. Kind regards, Simone

Thank you very much Simonee for watching and comment on my videos! I really appreciate it. I haven't had the chance to fly on KLM's Premium Comfort yet but I am planning to do so hopefully soon. I like the A330's as well specially the 2 seat configuration next to the window on Economy. I had a pleasant flight on the Dreamliner. The changes to the cabin environment allowing fresh air drawn in directly from outside really allows a much better air inside the cabin which I felt it. Dimmable windows are fantastic as well and permits a nice relaxing environment inside the cabin. KLM is great on short-haul flights as well. If you see my report from Oslo to Amsterdam they offered a fresh sandwich and a beverage included on ticket.

First of all, I was a bit surprised you mentioned Martinair at the beginning of the video as they don't do passenger services anymore. In fact, they only have 4 cargo aircraft in service. I flew KLM's 777 from Atlanta to Amsterdam last September and found it to be very cramped. The aisles were barely wide enough for the carts to get through. I expect to fly KLM's A330-300 to Atlanta in December and then their 787-10 back to Amsterdam in February next year. With Schiphol being my home airport, flying either KLM or Delta to the US gives me a lot of options.

Yes and actually there it was a big line. I would recommend not less than 3 hours for layover to anyone, that has to go through immigration, because of this reason.

Air France, Lufthansa and BA are better since they offer a pre meal service drink and snack. KLM need to bring this back to make them more standardised, especially with Air France. Lufthansa also offer have a lovely meal served with real cutlery. I avoid KLM in long haul economy

I once flew with klm but I didn’t like it it was super cold inside the aircraft and the seats were very uncomfortable 😣.

Yes. Flight attendants are unlikely to give you two meals at once, but will probably acknowledge your request and let you know whether there’s any food left over after they finish service for the entire plane.

Tiny County, Small cups, Tallest people on the planet! (together with the Danes) Everybody!/every Company! needs to earn money! Portions may appear to be small, but how much do you need? Have you tried asking for more? I am convinced that they would happily served you more and filled up your cup again and again. 'Hollandse zuinigheid' is a thing, indeed! But..., Infamous Scrooges?! I'd rather see that changed into; Calculated. For a Healthy, Pound- and Waste Wise Existence. ❤

I dont like KLM at all I flew their business class and it was waste of money I prefer AIRFRANCE but in economy they are not special either lol usually KLM crew are grumpy they are polite but not so friendly!

I've flown with klm lot's of times the crew seemed fine to me maybe it's a cultural thing most North Europeans are a bit reserved but I'm OK with that

@Robert Gonzales well I grew up in joburg and my afrikaans is still pretty good hence can have a good conversion in dutch maybe that's it ,if was to have an airline where I didn't think much of the crew didn't seem to want to do anything is tap the Portuguese airline.not.the greatest I've flown with them 3 times.,klm 9 times
