One of the crazy things about this performance that is little talked about is he did not score his first points in the quarter until 9 and a half minutes left in the quarter. If he got hot earlier, he could have easily scored 40+ in that quarter alone. Even without that, this is still one of the craziest performances I have seen. It still gives me the chills watching it

I started following Golden State two years ago because my mother of all people wanted us to watch Warriors games together. Fell in love with Steph and the crazy cast of characters. Moms had to explain who Klay was when he resurfaced after two years of rehab. I've only known Klay post injuries so my relationship to him is an inconsistent player and occasional bursts of brilliance. I've been working my way back on Warriors seasons and players slowly, so I learn the entire back history staring with rhe Curry era which had been riveting. But, finally, someone haphazardly randomly mentioned this 37 point game which had everything in the world grind to a halt. How coujd I just ve finding out about this now? Why isn't this mentioned every month on Warriors broadcasts? Found the KZread footage two weeks ago and haven't gone a day without watching it multiple times. This and Steph's all star game getting all those no look circus shot threes a couple years ago are my favorite greatness videos to rewatch for inspiration. Now I just found out Klay actually holds the team record for most threes in a single game, not Steph?? Okay, if this is facts which im going to go find, Klay is a true savage and I get what everyone been saying now.
