Id say for fwd on todays roads that power is going to be all you will ever need. All the work has paid off and now you have a animal "great build"

Good results. I run the krs stage 3+ turbo at 380bhp and 360lbft More to go on the tune, had to pin it back a bit due to poxy knock sensor was loose (only found that out after mapping 🤦‍♂️) Going to change my intercooler before I go back for a tweak and should be in the 390’s

Really impressive results u got there if it feels anything like mine on the road its wild, tbh I didn't expect as much as mines did but sure as hell happy with it! Next step is to mess around and mythbust the xev inlet cam on the dyno see if we can get 400 😶

@@ALs_Autos yeah is pretty good, add in shorter final drive and it pulls hard. I have cat cams fast road in mine atm but likely going to change to klasen cams in future depending on results from next map tweak

Pure rocketships with a bit of work put into them 👌 well worth the ball of money they need the require though, never sell mine I don’t think 😎 sweet rig mate👌

I feel your pain about putting the exhaust back on by yourself. I support the exhaust with a trolley jack, that made it a bit easier. And the electric ratchet was also essential to do up the v band before the exhaust slips out of position. Are you running a 3" exhaust? With or without catalytic converter?

10 psi mate, cracking open just above 10psi the rest is done with the map

Any ideas what’s most likely to cause speedo to bounce a wee bit, noticed it the other day. Would be lying if I said it was only over bumps, hoping it’s just ABS sensors and not the pump / module itself.

Front left wheel speed sensor is common Josh. I've done 2 on mine for sporadic speedo and TCS issues

@@ALs_Autos Not bought it yet bud, happened on a test drive and a quick search sort of put me off with a few of the old forum posts saying it could be abs pump / module. There’s a high chance you might know the car yourself. Bit rough round the edges but heads been rebuilt, new turbo, clutch, reconditioned g/box etc.

Alright John it has a gen2 m32, it has bigger bearings and oil fed endcase. I also fitted a blackline LSD done the box at 73k it's not on 87 with no issues at all

What boost pressure are you running for that peak power ?

Hiya mate, Eds copy inlet Airtec stage 2 intercooler Remus straight through 2.75 exhaust Audi rs4 90mm maf and 90mm intake K06 evolution turbo Recirc delete Klasen exhaust manifold Protec 340 fuel pump Siemens 630 injectors Ported head Fcp conrods

So with full 3” would of seen 400

Does klasen intake with intake and stock turbo make also difference?

Depends what your looking for, we seen the klasen intake brings torque in about 1 to 1.5k rpm sooner than the eds or eds copy manifold. Eds copy is better for peak figures.. klasen is better for lower down torque

So now the klasen intake manifold

I see your logic, but we tested this and it sacrifices top end power for low down torque. Usually brings the torque in approx 1000rpm sooner

@greenastraopc eds copy from ebay, there about £150 and we see good top end gains from them. If you feel wealthy get a real eds one but u won't see any significant gains in comparison to the cheaper one
