Capone's crew calls him father synonymous with captain (mafia style) and Sentoumaru calls Kizaru uncle as a title as well, an elder or someone older than him.

Fun fact: Highest ranking officer in the US Navy is an Admiral, followed by Vice Admiral. The next two below are Rear Admiral Upper half then Rear Admiral Lower Half. Below that is a Captain. Kizaru has a bit of mileage on Drake.

To be fair everyone else knew that the SH were a crazy bunch so they should knew better than stay close to them, plus no one has surprised by their actions due to the public information about the SH so another point against them

It's probably been said already but, All the Admirals are based off Japanese actors, Kizaru is based off of Kunie Tanaka and dresses and acts like one of the characters he played.

34:00 - I love scenes like this. We saw something like this back at Skypeia when Enel crushed Zoro (and the squad), and also when Mihawk crushed Zoro. Luffy gets genuinely shocked and shook to his core to see Zoro beaten, he respects his strength so much that he’s always so surprised that he can’t even believe it when he sees it. He’s like Zoro quit playin nigga, you like another me, no way you get taken down.

Yes they are. The more the story progresses the more we realize how strong they really are. I would say they're close to Yonko level and above all Yonko commanders with the only possible exception of Ben Beckman.

Kizaru is so insane that Doctor Vegapunk realized his strength and put his devil fruit laser beam ability into the pacafista’s. Similarly to how he put devil fruits into inanimate objects like Spandam’s sword and the gun from alabasta that are the dog fruit. The Navy is scary man.

A rear admiral is a rank above commodore which is Smoker’s rank after Alabasta, then, above rear admiral is vice admiral, an example of this is Monkey D. Garp, after that are the admirals and the one you rank above the admirals is Fleet Admiral Sengoku (the Buddha).

@@thestairguy Yeah it gets kinda lost in translation, they use "Ojiki" for Kizaru which doesn't really refer to a family bond. You'd say "Oji" or "Ojisan" if it was your actual uncle.

The 600 pound phoenix from Zoro is the name he used because all 3 of them attacked at once. Remember before Enies Lobby on the train Luffy and Zoro did a 300 pound cannon on the giant wave, and because Sanji was in this one they named it 600. Fun fact, the marks on Hawkin's face above his eyes (the magician) are very large hairs, a total of 6 eyebrow hairs.
