Cancer and treatment really knocks out your immune system as well. What you are doing here will be incredibly beneficial to her health. Fantastic difference.

I watch these with my 10-year-old daughter, and we marvelled at the hardship this woman has been through, and both said, “I’m not sure if I would do any better if I were in the same situation.” I hope that these videos help give my daughter empathy for others and an appreciation for what people might be going through.

I like it when you get everything off the floor or tables or cupboards and then wash the dirt and dust away. It feels like a great accomplishment. Hurrah for you!

😢It's so sad that this lady is going through all that she is without anyone who cares enough to help her. 😔 I can only hope this cleaning will be the beginning of a fresh start and that some common sense changes can be made so that the problem doesn't reach this level again. If someone could only come in once a week for her and spend a few hours with the harder stuff to do, that would be wonderful. I hope she recovers fully and that her life and the life of her child improves. Keeping a clean kitchen will make a huge difference in the infestation of bugs. They will of course take over when their food source is so plentiful. And all it even takes is crumbs of any kind left on surfaces.

I judge that this isn’t a healthful environment in which a child should be living, regardless of illness or depression. I hope that the free cleaning will set this woman on a better path.

This is an unbelievably kind clean for you to do. I was a single mom, and lucky to be healthy. I can't imagine having to deal with all it takes to parent and have cancer on top of it. It's obvious she's depressed, too. I hope everyone in her life surrounds her with love and help as she travels her journey. God bless you for taking the first steps with her.

Sometimes people just need an ear to listen, a heart to feel, a smile to warm or just some assistance of any kind. You offer all of the above without judgement which gives hope to those you work with. You have an amazing soul.

Watching these videos make me want to help people too. I think I could do the cleaning but wouldn’t know how to organize and get rid of the trash. Might not know where to start but I’m sure I could do it. I live in Saskatchewan Canada. How does one start doing home cleaning for free on you tube? I would like to help people too. Especially kitchens and bathrooms.

Essential Oils combined in a spray bottle with water will keep many bugs away. I sprayed the outside of our pool with peppermint oil spray and we have had a bug free summer in the pool. I sprayed inside the house with clove oil and water mixed, and no ants all summer. And, the oils are safe and have nice scents. This poor mother. And stuck in an infested apartment. I hope she can resolve that. Great job, Barbie.

I must admit that I had to unclench my jaw in a few places in this video. It was sometimes hard to watch and cannot imagine this poor lady and child living in it. 😢

The bugs are crazy in the house. She needs to spray or have her landlord spray. Its not good for her and her child to have them around. I'm sorry for her circumstances. Its hard being a single mom, I was also at one time. But to have cancer is even harder. Praying for a healing for her and God bless you for taking this job on.❤💜💛💚🙏

So much pain. :( I hope this family is doing better after getting their house back. It's a small thing in the wake of so much pain, but with a big impact.

Where do the bugs go? An insect /pest control professional needs to attend all of these locations.

Best roach stuff ever is this stuff called Advion. It comes it tubes and you just put little dots around the areas where they go and they eat it and die. Its great. Works like a charm!

We have something similar for little red ants that always come in June. We cut a 1"x1" square of thin cardboard from postcard flyers that come in mail or plastic and put poison on that and set them where ants are coming in, we try to caulk tiny gaps but they keep finding new ways in.

You are an amazing women to clean with all the bugs. Her house was this way before cancer. I feel sorry the the child being raised in it.

Hopefully the labdloard is doing something about the roaches. Being that it is an apaertment complex, if she has them, it is likely her neighbors have them too. As others have said, kudos for you for cleaning through it. I hate bugs and would have left after seeing the first one.
