The problem is that Students do not consult IRCC authorized consultants before coming to Canada as a student. They should have planned for PR while selecting Program and Province; in this way, our students can get more spots in allocated quota for Immigration. It is fault of Punjab Government who allows these agents to provide visa consultancy services.

Basically Students come to abroad for studies and if some gets PR that’s great but there is no guarantee from the Govt side to give PR each and everyone. Lots of Chinese students come here or USA to get higher education and then they return back to work for their Country But our students don’t bother

Temporary resident to Permanent resident. During covid govt couldn't get people from other countries so they made PRs from existing temporary residents.

Veer ji punjab ch 150 to jyada college te technical institutions close hoge ne reason no students... sorry to say punjab youth is most illiterate and uneducated. Even UP, Bihar are labour states but most of IPS and IAS comes out of these states.. Tell me how many doctors, IPS, IAS, software engineers phd holders comes out in punjab every years. Recent study shows there are region in punjab where not a single person graduated as doctors, IPS, scholar or any higher study since a decade. I am from delhi, have been working in IT and US bpo co.since 2012. I worked with many colleagues from diff states but not a single person from Punjab. They have resources however unable to utilize or don't want to.
