Great idea for a video. Since you brought it up there at the end about jumping on your good side vs bad side -> any tips for learning/ getting better at jumping on the bad side?

A lot of the tricks are actually easy on flat water, but not that i am kiting ocean with lots of breakers and rollers its tough just to ride without getting wiped out by a rogue wave.

Jaaake! We missed you bro! Keep up the good work. I was wondering if maybe you could do some self rescue series? Even show actual footage of tangled lines and how to get away in a situation like this. We would really appreciate it if you could do it in deep waters because this is where all the problems begin :D Peace out

Hi Jake, have you got any tips about going downwind with S-turns, like you did at 2:49? It looks super efficient while wanting to go downwind fast. Where do you keep your kite then? Do you move it a bit or keep it steady? Thanks!

This may be a really dumb question... but how do you jump and stay stable in the air with only one hand on the bar? Maybe my kite setup has a lot higher pressure on the bar, but I'm finding it hard to hold down and in control with one hand, especially in higher winds.

There’s probably no water drops because it’s very warm and you have flat water over there, so not a lot of drops reach the lens

We got lucky man! We have a low lying island that makes it nice and flat but doesn’t chop up the wind too much.

The only way to learn to do this, is to understand the following: you’re not boarding, you’re flying the kite. Once you learn that, everything else comes to you. This is the only sport outside of extreme skiing that interested me enough to get into it.
