What is the cause of home chimney fire?

People lived and still living without chimney right? Here is my opinion: It may not be suitable for middle class people. (for some it may be 'Prestigious' product) and For L.I.G people they don't need to worry about it, but still they can live w/o it. Maintenance cost is high. You need to put AMC year on year. Without AMC the the spares cost is doubled. Many people will not clean by themselves because of their status. No women will clean nowadays clean nor they are able to 🤣 (Some may ask why not men can clean, it depends how strong they are). So if you call the professional chimney cleaner, he will be charging some money (affordable for some people and huge for others) When years goes by, you will not get spares and the company will say that this particular model is been stopped (company stopped manufacturing) and no spares is available. Finally they will tell you to upgraded with new chimney in exchange offer. This is their tactics of upselling. Now, this will become a never end story. Finally electricity bill. Of course you will get more. If you say I can maintain everything, please go-ahead. For rest, the choice is yours. All the best!!!
