As a student, I cut apples and oranges in half. You match half of each together, and the apple won't turn brown.

Hi Cas, on a separate podcast-related note... I'd love to see you interview the (therapist) 🧚‍♀️ "Crappy Childhood Fairy" 💗 She did a fab video this week called "Heal chaos and overwhelm: DECLUTTER every part of your life" (AKA how CPTSD - and other trauma - manifests as physical and mental clutter)... All I could think of was your videos over the years, and I mentioned you in her comments too 😊

So glad I saw this! As a 7yr Vegan and single (meals for one) I love eating fresh produce and it's always so hard to work everything in with variety without something going bad. I am excited to try this. Awesome news. Save money, less waste and keeping to a lifestyle I absolutely love. And a big ty, to Cas. it's a slow process, decluttering... but being a fellow clutter bug I am feeling like I am going somewhere finally with getting my life @home back on track. 💜 Thank you for the tips, tricks and understanding.

Cas, I know you will appreciate why apples have to be alone. Apples fart! 😂 They give off a methane type gas that ripens other fruits

I am commenting for your Spotify episode on over coming overwhelm. I am the queen of good enough. Bare minimum. Half ass so it passes. I all counts!!!! 🙂 It really is the secret. I will say though it still can get overwhelming but in that case I just have to distract my brain so I quit over thinking things. I literally put on the podcast for that and was laughing and was like. Well guess I am winning at life!! 😜 Winner winner chicken dinner. Okay I am jumping over to the podcast I am listening to. Just wanted to tell you I have been a genius for years. 😅 Also side note. Vacations are always super stressful for me with the executive function in it requires to get everything and out the door. Holidays stress me out too.... It is just a lot. Even the bare minimum. It's okay. Hope your trip is or was amazing!

I always soak my tomatoes, lemons and cucumbers I diluted vinegar but never thought of soaking my lettuce. I think the secret is letting it dry. Now I have to buy a ton of glass containers?
