I’m with you on this one. I don’t like granite countertops, it’s not permanent so you haven’t damaged it, it looks a lot cosier, for the people saying you shouldn’t have done it, it is personal preference. 😊

Yes!! Never had wood countertops before so I wasn’t going to spend the extra money to waste granite for butcher block. Like you said it’s only temporary and I now know I like butcher block for future projects 😊

It’s personal preference, some of us don’t like granite, it looks cold.
