Also I said dumplings for the white audience but I was actually making the wrappers for the Siu Mai following CCDs video when I was cleaning the pasta attachment with the towel and it got sucked in and broke the machine! Glad it wasn't my finger at least lol

And so helpful. I bought a Kitchenaid for $20 at a yard sale, and the pasta roller came in a box, DISASSEMBLED! Worse, the shear shaft was in two pieces and I had no idea it was supposed to be one! I could not find a PDF showing (dis)assembly, but after countless searches I found this excellent video. Where I learned the shear piece was one. So I ordered one for $15 shipped!

This video has it down. I'd never figuered how to put the plastic flaps back in place... you're the Man!!!!🎉🎉

This helped know what to loosen and when to stop to keep the whole assembly from disintegrating. My more recent version lacks the two rods with the pointy ends and instead uses a bent wire pin on each end that can be pulled out by a loop -- those slip back over the plastic cleaning combs to hold them firmly against the little bumps inside the end caps -- useful to know when the combs are loose or fall out

I’m with Jose! I see this guy and went “fuck” I got to deal with him. Not a great tutorial how-ev-er, very entertaining and I got all the shit back together! So the end result was a laugh and I get to make pasta again. One ❤!!

people in 2023 think that using four letter words like f and s make them sound cool, when these words do not carry any meaning in the way that they are used. to me, it makes the presenter sounds shallow, is just a trend follower. Not cool in my book.
