Aint that the truth lol. The last name really isn't bad as it's a mispelled word for male singer. But Pedro? Hell I would've preferred Pedra or Piedra (Rock/stone), like I'm okay mispelling things here lol

Harald Deathwolf would be awesome! Im making my own primaris thunderwolf cavalry, with the primaris running/fighting dismounted next to the wolf, you can make Harald Deathwolf that way

I think a series of “cost-saving conversions” where you convert old mini’s into an updated form of themselves would be cool Edit : I’m stupid and forgot 1/2 of the sentence

It’s always nice to hear lieutenant pronounced properly. Even here in Canada the Americanized lootenant is more commonto hear unless you’re around people who have military involvement

Would love to see a chaos boy get some love, some of them really suck, Lucius or Huron would be an interesting challenge I think

Always been one of my favorite characters - the Crimson Fists are legends. Very well done! Finecast is finally going to good use.

Perfect timing! Will watch this as I eat dinner in an hour! Your videos a so nice and calming.

I was looking forward to this and it didn't disappoint. I did mine not long ago and used some green stuff and optical illusion in the posing (to put it in a fancy way really I just adjusted the way the arms are) so I could use both of his fists as they come (almost) as the cutting you did here was beyond my level (and available tools). Great job as always.

I'd love to see a series on the fine cast necron characters. I've been wanting to use the Sautekh trio and have intended to turn to kitbashing as a result.

Much better than the previous one! Bravo.

The first video beginners should watch is that their minis can be cleaned no matter how they can ruined them with a bad paint job.

The conversion is good, personally I like it when several materials are successfully combined. But on Pedro's old backpack there were magazines from which his bolter was fed with ammunition belt. And now it looks like his faith in the Emperor is so strong that the bullets are coming straight from his armpit. And it's a bit of a pity that the old cable from the power fist was cut off.

Yay! Crimson Fists! edit: May I suggest 95° alcohol for stripping your plastic minis? Really cheap & really effective =) edit²: A dremel tool (or a cheap knockoff nail drill) could be really usefull too.

Hmm, I feel like there's something missing from this conversion. Maybe it's because the left shoulder pad is so empty? Still a great job though! For the next project (when you feel like working with finecast again) maybe you can tackle vulkan he'stan? I'd really like to see a primaris verison of him that's a bit less cluttered. Maybe with the cape from the dark elves corsairs or something?

A primaris version of gabriel seth would be amazing. His models is resin and hard to find.

To strip any mini metal or plastic use methalated spirit it wont harm either or soften them at all. It removes acrylic paint with just a 10 min dip and an old toothbrush to scrub cairfully. Then just wash it clean with a little water and dishsoap and your ready to reprime and paint. Pluss its super cheap and is the main ingrediant in most of these expensive mini paint strippers

Such a nice idea! I would've most likely just slightly changed Calgar and painted him up differently, as he's using Power-Fists with guns on them, too 😅

I was told by a GW employee that the old models were never in the right proportion when it came to their limbs, body and head, which shows considering that their arms often reach their knees and their heads are the same size(top to bottom) as their torso's. It looked fine when i put my fine cast noise marine arms onto the new cast of chaos space marines😊

It's why I stay away from first born marines now other than to raid components from them. Their proportions are just incredibly odd. Deathwatch are better though, I believe they were the last firstborn kits released before Primaris.

Haha, I don't mind them to be honest. They're easy to paint.

How about a truescale conversion of any of the Grey Knight Characters? Either an Assault Intercessor or a Bladeguard Veteran base for a Castellan Crowe conversion and a hybrid armor mix of Gravis and Terminator armor for a Kaldor Draigo conversion, even though he currently resides in the warp?

Yeh I think truescale is the way to go with Grey Knights. Having not seem them with Primaris so far, I don't think Primaris Grey Knights would make much sense lore wise.

Really hope they do an official Pedro Kantor or Cortez model in the future. The Crimson Fists are are cool chapter with old school pedigree. They almost make reconsider having chosen Templars. But only almost. Looking forward to the painting video! Cheeky post-brown-nosing Primaris Grimaldus suggestion from me! Especially because I find the current Primaris Chaplains to be merely "okay".

a primaris corbulo or tycho would be awesome!

still with the long drill on your pin vice, move that drill more in the vice, that way it will not snapp as easy and you get a better precision :)

that moment when you remember that modal from about 3 years ago.

Look into various products such as Super Sculpy or CosClay for making flexible sash / pennant type bits...can't imagine sawing all that plastic away to create needed parts..dedicated...to say the least...

was that paint blitz or something else? i'm thinking of removing a base coat i sprayed to try again. or would ipa work just as fine here in the us?

Is the paint remover able to be put back into the bottle for reuse or is it one use only in the cup? How many times can you reuse the remover if you can put it back in the bottle?

You can use it again but the active ingredients will be used up as they strip the paint so it will be less effective.

Hey mate, I was wondering what modelling saw you use for this build?

You can more easily cut their finecast resin by firstly immersing it in boiling water. Just slice with the hobby knife easy and cleanly and no resin dust

So what would the rules be for red marked armor

AK interactive paint stripper is the best there is. Use that next time.

@@jacobheller3146 I would say so, you might need to apply a second coat after you've cleaned it though if it doesn't quite make it all the way through the first time

Now，Kantor is moved into 'last chance to buy' in GW web, maybe a Primaris Pedro Kantor will come at last.

This might be the most plain looking result of a very involved conversion I have seen so far. In other words: start converting Orks, ya git!

Please make an updated Red Terror, it would be really cool to see you tackle something more organic
