Usually, if the disease is in early stages or is well controlled then brisk walks & easy jogging can be considered. but in advanced stages, its not recommended

dr sahab i have hip burning from last 3 months walking no problem only problem in sitting and lying on the bed my uric acid is 9 can i don't have any problem in thumb or knee joint but can uric acid affect our hip? i have cervical problem too nech stifness etc. one ortho doctor suggest me to use donut pilow for sitting will this help? have done xray only xray is normal

Sir what charges have to pay for surgery

Sir I am COVID positive during treatment i consume medicine as per protocol Inj Remdicevir 6 inj and tab.steroids i fully recovered from COVID second wave normal with in 45 days .then after 15 days I have a pain in hip joint i go to orthopedic specialist he suggested pain killer tab and antibiotics full treatment is fineshed still problem is pain then doctor suggested MRI of lumbo sacral hip joint then find the femer head is black there is an infection so doctor suggested surgery for femar head orthoplasty surgery is done infection cheak in pathology lab the all test but it found fungus infection Aspergillus now the treatment is going on from 6 month tab verconazol 200mg 2.5/day so my question is that how i go for hip replacement l completed the course The following test is done HS CRP ESR IS BACK TO NOMAL so please suggest me what I will do.

Sir i have cronic ostemalities in left hip thai always pus dischare al rady i have done. 3 surjery bone cement also be used but some bone cement and wire us me fas gaya jo abhi tak nikla nahi doctor se mile bole bahut risk hai agar toot gaya to hip chane karna ho kya hip change ke bad koi deekat bhi hoti hai
