আমি বাংলাদেশ থেকে বলছি। গত ৩ মাস আগে আমি বা পাশের হিপ জয়েন্ট রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করিয়েছি।কিন্তু বর্তমানে হাটতে গেলে জয়েন্ট মনে হচ্ছে ১/২ ইন্চি উপরে উঠে যাচ্ছে। যার কারনে হাটার সময় বাম পা ছোট মনে হচ্ছে এবং এক পাশ কাত হয়ে হাটতে হয়।স্ট্রেচার নিয়ে হাটতে হয়।এর কোন সমাধান আছে কি?

Hi Dr Monish It was a neglected childhood septic arthritis Sequelae .. in these cases tissues are not as pliable as a surgeon would like.. so slight high hip centre is a good option for these patients. It also helps with the reduction .. having said that correcting the limb length fully sometimes leads to sciatic nerve palsy in these patients which is a bad complication to have .. I am sure you would agree that there are more than one way to skin a cat - so you could have planned it the way you have described Best wishes

Sir, Mera metatarsal 2nd to 5th fracture hua tha. after fracture operation hua. Almost 2.5 months past but abhi vi main thik se chal ni pa raha hu.. aur chalne par swelling ho raha hai .. kitna din mein normal activities kar paunga.. please tell me. Thank you
