I believe I've had this for 20 years, my life changed and I felt dehabilitating fatigue.... I recently took an antiviral for shingles, and felt so energized..I looked up ebv and valacyclovir it was shown to be effective in treating the symptoms of ebv and only one person had side effects.. I've tried everything...every vitamin and diet, fasting and sleeping etc. This is the only thing that has worked for me. One week after the shingles are over and I had a bottle of pills, kept taking them and noticed I have MORE ENERGY and it's noticeably different and to me that's a miracle! I hope that helps

I got EB when I had my first baby a decade ago. We both got it. He was only one years old and I was 39. He has all these allergies, but seems OK, but I have chronic fatigue since 2018. I know it’s EBV! It’s 2023 at the end right now. I try everything develop my immune system. But sometimes I get so tired it’s dangerous to even drive a car. I feel like I’m wasting days and I’m usually very energetic.

@@tlsmith1111there are at least three separate vaccines in production that I’ve read about that interrupt EBV from continually infecting your B cells once you already have it. Could be something to hold out hope for if natural remedies don’t seem to help, the one for infected evb persons is in phase 1 about to enter phase 2 last I checked.

Since certain infections labeled under the umbrella of Lyme disease have very similar symptoms and brain damage as ms, I sometimes wonder if the blanket term of ms might be an additional type of tick borne infection.

Low carb, keto and fasting has shown to reduce WBC. Neutrophils in particular.

Had it when I was 8 now have me/cfs after grand mal seizure at 27

I got mono working at a daycare center the kids or streptococcus and I did too but kept moving until I was bedridden, drooling, slept for days straight barely could swallow water 💦 But, being my 1st year at college people thought I got “kiss disease,” NOPE I caught it from sick kids, let it go s while before my friends clutched me arm and arm to campus health center and this is where I was told I had mono due to strep going wild ❤Reactivtion I alway felt around April I wind down and get really sick and tired like throat issues❤

Hi doc, I contracted CMV from my ex-partner and I suffered from mono like symptoms but since then I'm asymptomatic (it has been more than 1.5 yrs). I'm constantly worried and full of anxiety that what if CMV will cause greater issues once I get old (maybe in my 50s, 60s or beyond), and is it fatal? I have read so many research publications online about CMV, it also causes latent persistent infection but I had my blood test done very recently and my report came out absolutely normal. I had normal ranges of neutrophils (slightly at higher end of the normal range), normal lymphocytes, a little less absolute monocyte count, and normal CRP. Could you please tell me if this virus is a threat to my well-being? and any steps that I can take to keep this virus in remission?

Raw food diet? Lack of B12?

Suggest you add in interpretation all 4 antibodies positive ongoing which % of have for years or decades or longer.

I would like to know the interpretation of being highly positive on all 4 antibodies means as well. Have been high positive for at least 3 years, probably longer and have been very sick.

I watched your green tea 3-day fast, don't you know tea only lasts 4-hours, before bacteria begins to grow, so why would you make 3-days worth up front?

I have barely been eating but put on 5 pounds with mono. My stomach feels huge as well. What could this be from. I have only been really sick for ab five days.

My monocytes were 950 2019 1200 2021 and 1050 2022. What’s your input on that ? I had mono as a teenager, I’m just trying to rule out blood cancer

The problem is that IgM may not sure at first. Lol. My daughter just had an acute infection of mono. She had allll the symptoms. Yet the doc said it’s not cos the IgM isn’t showing. So it’s ‘just strep’. No it’s bloody not. If it walks like a duck it’s a duck. So sick of doctors who aren’t diagnosing properly.

I was diagnosed today with “chronic and active EBV” and I’m not sure exactly what that means.

What kind of dr would know this ? I can’t find a Dr for my son . Boston mgh is not helping him . His pediatrician isn’t ! He was past positive for EBV . He then had a issue with his liver . Now his pancreas is enlarged. He has weird thyroid tests . But they have no clue .

It's often more complicated than "just" "celery" juice. He needs some one, like I did and still do, to look at it ALL. Celery juice won't do anything if he has MTHFR mutation, detox issues, molds, other issues, metals, bad fillings, etc. It's not a one stop shop, it's not easy, it's not quick...but with what we're up against, we need to be as healthy as possible. Those throwing one liners don't get it. And it can't be done alone..
