When the defendant is just happy to be vindicated. She wasn’t even upset about not being granted the money she counter sued for. She just wanted someone to see the plaintiffs for who they were

The nerve of the plaintiffs to bring this case against the defendant knowing all the dirt they've thrown. What a mess. Teenagers are not easy to handle. It can be a confusing time in their lives where they believe they know what's best for themselves. This chaos certainly doesn't help.

One thing about Judge Marilyn is that she listens well and pays attention even better... That's an extreme rare quality,and that's why she's my favorite.

Although she didn’t win her counterclaim in the traditional sense, you know that defendant was MORE THAN OKAY with the way the case ended because the world got to see exactly what she’s been dealing with and it’s more gratifying simply because once something is on the internet it’s there forever and you can’t take it back. Yes, it is true funds are available for relocation. I went through a five year process with someone stalking me, multiple court cases, him being incarcerated a few times. I was offered relocation fees but chose to stay. I ended up moving eventually because he would not stop.

Whew!!!! This was messy messy! I would do everything in my power to get as far away from those people as possible. With the way life is now this situation can escalate to a point of no return. What nasty vile people they were. Even if we don’t have the full truth, the way they behaved spoke volumes.

More people would be willing to do jury duty if we were compensated for time missed at work. A lot of people are living paycheck to paycheck and can't afford that time off.

I was a troubled teen. My mother was a drug addict and my life was hell. I was in trouble a lot. My point with this is, I wonder what that kids home life is like to be acting out like this. You lie to survive and to have a break from the your crappy life. You don’t understand all the people that you’re getting caught up in it. It’s not done with malice. Funny, when I went to live with my dad I didn’t act out anymore.

The mother is pitiful and raised a pitiful daughter, I hope the children/grandchildren won't be.🤷

Instead of the courts granting all the plaintiffs injunctions, they should be mentally evaluated and treated because they are clearly un-well.

You could see the defendant start to tear up when the judge said she should just allow the child to go into the system. She cares more about the child than the mother who doesn’t even have custody. The grandmother is supposed to have care of the child but is leaving him on her brother. The mother-daughter duo are nuts! All those lies and court cases in retaliation b/c they didn’t like that the defendant dated their relative/s. Sickos!

I say this with love. Getting married does not solve mental illness, cheating, financial issues, or bad people. Its really morals and wisdom.
