Tommy doesn’t deserve the hate he gets, he’s a nice guy and a great guitar player. He earned his place in the band. He might not be ace, but he’s keeping the spaceman legacy alive. He even forgot the when lightning strikes lyrics, because he never plays it live, he plays ace songs so the youngest generation will remember ace as well. He is the new spaceman. Tommy has earned his place in Kiss. Many forget that he has been employed by the band since the late 1980s and had to start at the very bottom. Many fans I have spoken to who have met the band members past and present have nothing but nice things to say about their interactions with Tommy, Eric Singer and Bruce Kulick. I would love to see all members past and present at the final show.

Kiss was Ace/ Gene/Peter/and paulina no others will be remembered for anything special / simply nothing I can think of / Kiss changed so drastic after the originals it was many years a Desmond Child/ Paulina band WTF that is not Kiss for a real fan !!!! @@twikirobot6897 Sonic Boom and Monster have great tunes. I blame a failing record industry for those albums not getting proper credit they deserved, even if they were made by a classic rock band. Sonic Boom blows away any other KISS album made since Revenge. Top 5 studio album of their career for sure.

Only dumbasses have an issue with Tommy personally, he's just doing a gig, but I think it's wrong that they dress him up as Ace instead of giving him his own character, or better yet, ditching the makeup altogether. It's disrespectful to Tommy in my opinion to make him be an actor and a guitarist at the same time, just let the guy be himself. No one is fooled by it anymore, and they don't need the makeup they've long since proven themselves

@@natecannon6746 Vinnie and Bruce did it because the songs were being played in those eras and they were the guitarists.. Tommy is trained to play note for note like ace… vinnie and Bruce added their own flair to it. Tommy dressed up and pretends to be ace. He’s a fraud.

I liked Tommy when he was in Black n Blue. My issue with him in Kiss is he's pretending to be Ace, not being Tommy. When Vinnie replaced Ace in 1982 he had his own character in makeup. He wasn't trying to be Ace. I do give Tommy credit for getting Gene and Paul to come out of their stubborn ways and play some Kiss classics that the fans want to hear.
