Have all of you completely forgotten about Eric Carr? He was with Kiss for 10 years and brought a new sound and element to Kiss which was very much needed. One of the great drummers still in my mind. Before we mention Singer, lets not forget Eric Carr. All 3 Kiss drummers have been exceptional for there time with Kiss.

I'm a huge Peter Criss fan, but Eric Singer rules! And yes, he did copy a lot of Peter's solo and, in my opinion, shows what it sounds like played with great precision and dynamics. And that is one of the greatest sounding drum sets I've ever heard!

I prefer Eric Carr. Not enough words to express that..

MetalSalvation he was never supposed to be the hawk, Carr was supposed to be the hawk originally and by coincidence, Singer said in the 90’s, if he had a character, it would be the hawk cause of his big nose.

God damn sounds like a fright train!

I love Peter but lets face it, he doesn't have the chops he used to. Thats one of the many reasons they got rid of him. And for all of the people that hate Eric for wearing Peters makeup, Peter willingly gave up the rights to his makeup. Although, I would love to see at least one more reunion tour before they go. I want to see Ace and Pete wear the Sonic Boom costumes on stage.

Meanwhile, he takes two classics (one from each Kiss drummer he replaced, at different times), propped on one leg, and proceeds to turn in a flawless show of percussive prowess, eliciting a riotous response from the audience, and keeping it all KISS throughout. This from the only man in existence who can say that he replaced TWO Kiss drummers!? Oh, yeah, sure...Eric Singer ruined the band!
