I love how their chemistry is really great and the eyes from the man is soo handsome. He has a very low tone voice and his acting is really good. The female role is perfect.

Best thing about this drama is they don't have any accidental kiss, by the way Zhu yun is the most understanding and mature female lead character in a cdrama I have watched ❤❤❤ every time she says something to lixun she use her princess ownership over lixun and the way she said I don't approve ,everyone deserves a zhu yun in their life who stand by you and never leave you also lixun ❤❤love their chemistry and everything

I have seen several romance drama. But this one definitely is the #1 in my list. Their chemistry hit every form of love. They definitely were attracted to each other from beginning to end.

In every episode I felt Li Xun saying "PERSONAL SPACE what's that?"😏 There is nothing like Personal Space between the Lighter and Princess.

It's through this drama I knew that Chinese can kiss well. The other dramas will only put their lips together but this drama shows real kiss. That's why I wish the two can come back in another drama series ❤❤. I just love seeing them together 😊. The best drama to watch ever 😍😍

omg, es como si estuviera viendo a una pareja real, su quimica es otro nivel, no hay manera de que no sean pareja en la vida real, tienen una naturalidad que me asombra. Muchas veces las parejas me logran cautivar en la parte de conquista, pero la mayoría se cae cuando tienen que actuar como pareja, porque parece muy sobreactuado, pocas parejas logran lo que estos dos lograron, esa naturalidad y química desde principio a fin, muy fluido todo. 10/10

The script and direction for this drama are great. The story creates a somewhat hardened and tormented but essentially healthy and hardworking intelligent young man and a "nice" but firm and strong female and captures all the joy of mutual admiration and attraction. I also like the way it openly challenges Chinese stereotypes about who the "good" and "bad" kids are. Lu xin is q victim of her mother's deep social prejudice and his classmates unhealthy competitive urge that leads to dishonesty. It tells you not to judge a book by the cover.

This is one movie one do not get tired of watching.

This is one of best dramas till date.. after this I liked My lethal man tooo..

i saw a random 16-minute edit of this couple yesterday and this video came up today lol i can't believe i watched an hour edit of a couple from a show i haven't even watched (yet) 😅 they're so cute though! the edit i watched yesterday was only during their college/early-work days so i had no idea they got together soon after and all of this happened too! seems like a really good drama, i need to watch this properly!

Really hope you have watched this drama. It is well worth the effort. It feels very real. Competition in school, social prejudices, new opportunities, parental dominance, it really gets around a lot of the challenges of modern society and is quite openly critical. One of the interesting things about chinese drama censorship is that it will give a fair amount of largesse to a drama IF it takes on social issues that the Politburo have on their list of ideological issues. This for example while China values orthodoxy it is also working to create innovation, meritocracy etc and at the same time it is seeking to curb opportunistic classist behaviours in those who achieve success. So in this case since this drama deals openly (and quite thoroughly) with a number of these issues (dishonesty in their classmate, excessive rigidity in the mother, new opportunities in the friend he made in prison) they got quite a lot of flexibility on showing relationship intimacy and rebelion. And it is genuinely a beautiful romantic story but so much more than just a romance.
