It would be an interesting character to ark to see. The only person that could really be called Bakugou’s friend being ending up being the traitor would probably have a strong negative impact on him. While all of Class 1-A would feel betrayed, we could see an extremely emotional Bakugou who feels personally betrayed because Kirishima being the traitor would have lead to Bakugou’s kidnapping. We could also see other characters who are somewhat close to him, like the rest of the bakusquad (Sero, Kaminari, and Ashido) try to help him. It is also possible that Kaminari and Bakugou could have a moment with each other of feeling that someone who they’re both close too betrayed them, which could bring them together. Bakugou could also get angrier/have a shorter temper. As the series has progressed we have seen Bakugou become more sociable and have a slightly longer temper. Losing Kirishima would then reverse the progress he’s made. He could also be less trusting (not that he is that trusting of other people to begin with), and see him spiral into intense paranoia. Similar to how Tony Stark does in Iron Man 3. The ark could also include him being more motivated to be a hero/have a stronger sense of heroism. If he learned about why Kirishima went to villainy he could become more determined to become a great hero so that everyone would have an icon to look up to.

Don’t think it’s Kiri. He’s had *A LOT* of opportunities to kill, sedate, kidnap, do villainous things and he hasn’t done them. When they rescued Bakugou, while they we’re flying, a villain tried to take them down and stop them but he was stopped by a pro hero. He slept with Bakugou, he could had Assassinate Katsuki in his sleep and he didn’t. I think it’s Hagukare. She planned the shopping trip, Uraraka and Deku went to said mall, guess who is there? Mr. Handyman. She never voted for class representative. In the ‘war’, she appeared on Kiri’s team of 11 students of 1A, but In the second panel she was no where to be seen. You could actually tell Sato, Sero, and Ashido we’re looking around for her. How to know she isn’t there? In the 1st panel she was behind Momo, second panel no where to be seen. In the training ground she Said she was with Ojiro in the fire zone, she wasn’t. Also said she was in the ice zone with Todoroki. Shoto freezes the ground, she would had been frozen and her silhouette would had been seen, Shoto also stated he didn’t see or hear her. Never ever have seen her attack a villain nor a villain attack her.

I think the traitor is one of the teachers. Here's my reason: Remember about the training camp? Nobody knew about it except some teachers. Kirishima didn't know about it either. But the villians knew about it, so that means that one of the teachers told them. (This was also a little bit explained in the anime)

The reason Kirishima was so tired was mentioned in the episode, Mr Aizawa took the extra lessons for the ones that failed the practical exam until 2 am in the morning, that results in his tiredness. ( This was in the episode so i’m just going off of that, don’t come at meeeeeee😌🤟✨)

Bakugo won't do damage . Kirishima will just hardened and try to have a close combat with bakugo. If kirishima can't go close then he will taunt bakugo which leads bakugo to get mad and go close combat. Then bakugo would lose. While I dabi is chilling with the league of villains >:">

Just gonna add this quick note: not all of the boys in class 1-A were shown in the summer camp scene.

Lol Kirishima doesn’t befriend Bakugo because of a blind “power=manliness” He admires Bakugo because (1) His ambition/passion/drive. Which is definitely a part of Kirishima’s manliness (2) The way Bakugo is able to rush into dangerous situations without a second thought. If you remember, one of Kirishima’s biggest insecurities was that when the moment came, Kirishima wasn’t able to save his middle school classmates from a villain. He just froze. One of the reasons he looks up to Crimson Riot so much is because of even though he’s scared, he rushes in anyways. That’s perfectly reflected in Bakugo. (3) Bakugo isn’t just anger and lashing out. Kirishima knows this. Heck, the moment when Kirishima started respecting Bakugo was when he first saw Bakugo’s calm and rational side. Even more so when Bakugo indirectly said he believed in their classmates. Kirishima definitely doesn’t approve of Bakugo exploding on everyone and even tells this to Bakugo directly several times. However, he also sees a lot of Bakugo’s qualities and appreciates him for it. Anyways, their friendship is awesome. I love it.

Thinking about Kiri’s personality, I honestly doubt he could be the traitor. He’d have to hide it from everyone, including the teachers, his family (probably) and his friends, including Bakugo. I just seriously doubt he’d be able to lie to them all without feeling seriously bad about himself. We’ve seen that he’s not too great at hiding his emotions when he’s feeling down (like when he was doubting his abilities in early season 4), and if he can’t hide something small like that, I really doubt he’d be able to hide something as huge as being the traitor. I feel like if he was the traitor, he’d feel so guilty that he’d HAVE to tell someone eventually (probably Bakugo), but it’s been four seasons and he hasn’t told anyone. I just feel like Kiri isn’t really one for keeping secrets like that. I don’t know; maybe I just really don’t want him to be the traitor, but I hope if he is, he gets a redemption arc and doesn’t turn out to be evil or anything because that would literally break my heart lol

The episode that talked about the UA student who basically dropped out, I think they might’ve been referring to Gentle bcus episodes later, Gentle talks about this during his fight with Midoriya. He mentions something along the lines of wanting to be a hero but he never was able to. It showed in the flashback, how another student got into a really good work study and it brought Gentle down. He even mentions how someone got seriously injured bcus of him interfering in a situation involving a pro hero who tried to save the falling man who was hanging from a construction item. Gentle used his quirk to save the falling individual but instead, his quirk stopped the pro hero from saving the man falling and the object he was holding on to fell on him, injuring the guy critically. Due to this, Gentle received a bad rep and marks that went towards his schooling while at UA. This issue lead to his parents being highly upset with him and he ended up dropping out of UA. That issue was the most critical Gentle became of himself. Years later, he saw his old UA classmate who had opened up their own agency. When Gentle approached him asking him if he remembered Gentle, the guy was uncertain. This made Gentle feel low and he explained to Midoriya that he was forgotten and thus, he turned into Gentle Criminal. With this being the case, Kirishima was not born yet as Gentle is said to be in his 30’s by the time of meeting Midoriya which would mean that Gentle was their age, 15/16, when his own self doubt occurred. Therefore, I feel like that person they were talking about in the group had been explained so your theory on this would be invalid. I’m actually surprised that you didn’t make this connection while watching the series.

Truth Hero I think that Bakugo has had the most development outside of Midoriya. He basically admitted that Deku was stronger than him when he told Deku that he wasn’t surprised that he was finished with the test before him because of his power. Try to comprehend Bakugo saying that earlier in the series. He’s grown a LOT.

If Kirishima were to be a villan, he would most likely be blackmailed. The points in this theory are quite convincing but someone like Toru or Uraraka is more likely to be the traitior, since Kirishima has strong belief in heroism . Uraraka is quite likely because she could be either bribed (with money, due to her reasons for wanting to be a hero is money, which the League of villians could quite easily provide). She is also the least suspicious, seeing as she is Midoriya's best friend. She could even be teamed with Hagukure(Toru) to get information. Toru could be blackmailed, or even have a villain parent who she is forced to get information by. Toru seems to be absent during the voting of the of the class representative and seemed to barely be in the USJ attack. It would also explain why they were unaware of all might not being there, Aizawa and thirteen only found out a hour or so before which could have let Toru be uninformed. It also, from a writer's stand point, would be a twist since people think her being the traitior is too obvious. It is only a theory though, a film theoryyyyyyyy. Thanks for reading!

I think Uraraka would be the traitor because she has shown multiple hints that she has feelings towards Deku (the main protagonist), and it would be a huge hardship for him to overcome and try to take down/go against/try to take back Uraraka. Even if Ochaco isn’t Deku’s love interest she is someone who helped him make it into U.A. into the first place, who encouraged him and spent time with him when he felt too out of place. She gave him his childhood nickname a new meaning and she’s important to him, so it would be a big contributor to his personal backstory if his very close friend (or crush, though it seems a bit one sided in the plot) turned out to be the traitor. Bakugo may be one of the main characters in the story but this IS Deku’s journey on becoming the number 1 hero and I believe that if there’s a traitor in UA it should be someone who’s linked to him. Plus yeah her motivation is corrupt.

If Uraraka was the traitor, she wouldn't have even helped Izuku get into UA, or during the licence exam. She wouldn't want anyone to pass. Nezu on the other hand, is very suspicious. If Uraraka was being bribed with money, she could just take the money and run, quitting UA.

Honestly, I think Monoma is probably the traitor. It would explain why he's basically the Fortnite kid of UA, not to mention his hero costume kind of looks like that of a villain costume. (I don't read the manga, just FYI)

Kirishima being a traitor would be a Reiner moment. Where he confuses himself as a villain or a hero where he tries to hide the fact that he is a villain and forces himself to believe he is a hero.

Kirishima’s extraordinarily upset and wanting to rescue Bakugo because it’s suppose to parallel his encounter with Giganto Machia in his middle school days. He has huge struggles with sitting by and waiting for others to save people for him (it’s actually where most of his wavering confidence comes from)

I think its toru hagakure, how did she pass the exam and got into Class 1-A? Her quirk can only let herself invisible, and the entrance exam is robots so how did she destroy those robots?
