Victoria Pulcifer Kirby and King Dedede haven’t really been enemies since Return to Dreamland (I don’t count the deluxe versions of the subgames from Triple deluxe and Planet Robobot where he’s the final boss as part of the official storyline)

It's official. Triple Deluxe is the Kirby version of Touhou. Two playable characters, each having their own fighting style. An incident which started it all. 6 stage bosses (counting Masked Dedede as a miniboss and all forms of Sectonia as a single boss). The wondrous music. A bomb that can destroy any moving object. And of course, the female beautiful deity-like mastermind. Not to mention the hellishly difficult extra boss and his partner miniboss...

I love how excited he is to see Dedede at 7:07

okay, even if I have now seen all the cutscenes, this game is a Instant buy when its in europe! still, we all know that Kirby Triple deluxe means 3D for the 3DS. but it means one more thing! twist the 3D to D3, making it short for Dedede! so the games hidden name is Kirby Dedede! because this game has aimed on both Kirby and King dedede! normal mode and Kirby fighter is for Kirby and Extra Mode and Dedede's Drum Dash is for king Dedede! also it mentioned King dedede as a hero on the Normal Mode! that both kirby and Dedede is heroes! one thing is sad through, that we dont have a Hypernova King dedede D: he can also inhale like kirby (but not copy abilities!)! still love what we got!

0:03 and here's what introduced me to kirby. one of the best christmas gifts i've ever recieved.

If I am to believe correctly, Triple Deluxe takes place (timeline wise) before Planet Robobot. With that in mind, I have only one question: When the Haltmann Works Company mechanized Popstar, what did they do with the Dreamstalk? What happened to it after the destruction of Star Dream and the Access Ark at the end of Planet Robobot? Frankly, I need answers, Nintendo.

While Floralia apparently evaded Haltmann Works, not the Dreamstalk In fact they acquired DNA from Sectonia herself from it, and made a clone that they’d test against Meta Knight in his adventure

MrFandango Jimmies Yes he is. He was loyal to Queen Sectonia and did her bidding with pride until she tried to kill him for failing to defeat Kirby. You can argue that he reformed at the end, but for most of the game, he was clearly a villain.

metaXzero Yeah he started as one but at the end he reformed and (not shown) saves kirby with a hypernova fruit. Then he goes on to save dedede who randomly forgot he can fly and is clearly in the "heroes" cut in the flashback cutscene. Dude ain't a villain anymore.

MrFandango Jimmies But like I said, he spent most of the game antagonizing Kirby for the good of Queen Sectonia. Kidnapping "the hero of the lower land" because she said to. And I just reached Sectonia DX, and it doesn't say anything about Taranza doing all this so the hero could beat her. All it says is that her and Taranza were good friends, but she became obsessed with vanity and delusions of grandeur, eventually becoming who she is today.

I saw my boy Magolor in that audience!

kirby is my favorite person in the whole world

Death battle reference? Also, he did also survive the explosion that gave the moon its crescent shape when he killed Nightmare, and the death of an entire dimension. Besides, he was on Sectonia when she died, in a planet sized explosion, so though it may not technically be a "planetary" explosion, it was the size of a small planet. Also, they may have been talking about Nightmare's fortress in the anime, and Meta Knight said it was the size of a planet, so...

Avanelle Hosey The explosion that gave the moon its crescent shape is kinda of hard to pin down, because we don't know what happened up close; whether Kirby flat out tanked the explosion or pulled a Luke Skywalker and out-flew the explosion on his warp star is up for debate. And no, they most certainly weren't talking about Nightmare's castle; they showed footage of the "planetary explosion" from Triple Deluxe. And what's with this whole dimensional death thing? I've seen some respect threads (two to be exact; one for the anime and another for the games) and I've never found anything like that.

Well, Planet Robobot (the next game from this) state that Kirby have unlimited power. He can be as trong as he need, beside he canonically can destroy the planet with one punch, I never seen that in DBZ, they only destroy planets by shotting a lazer to the core of a planet.

You know Dreamland might be a nice place to settle down! I mean minus the whole weekly eldritch abomination attack that tends to happen. Then again I live in America so it's slightly better than what I'm getting here.

The sun stone cutscenes are too good for the 3ds.

Imagine Kirby swallowed Taranza at the very start and turned him into a star.

Javi A secas Actually, judging by the presence of the third theme as the Dreamstalk grew at the very start, and the second theme's prominence throughout the entire Kirby series, it's more like Dedede's Theme - Kirby's Theme - Dreamstalk's Theme. It's just that since the third one is most recognisable for the Dreamstalk!Sectonia final boss theme's usage of it, most people attribute it to her.

Ice Luigi Well, most Kirby games since Super Star Ultra used different hardware for their cutscenes, which is why they appear blurry and have no sound effects. They don't run off the 3DS hardware, they're just a compressed video file.
