I played the demo this weekend with my 6 year old niece. She absolutely loved running around with waddledee jumping and helping while I mostly finished the levels. It reminded me of when I was little "playing" sonic 2 with my brother. I would be Tails running around doing my own thing while he was actually playing the game.

the devs are extremely generous with all of the teasers we’re receiving, we even got new information on the arena after having a buncha information already - i also like how they’re making the arena seem more like an actual arena, even if it follows the same basis the other arenas did

Kirby Super Star (Ultra) actually did this first. For some boss fights, you'd fight in an arena while other boss fights would be in their own separate arenas, like shown in the video. I imagine this will be the same. But, I agree, it's nice to see this format return after so long.

I can't believe it's almost been 30 years since Kirby's debut, and we're only now getting a true 3D gameplay Kirby adventure game. And my God, this looks absolutely amazing!

Easily the best kirby game ever imo. I still need more of this.

Even with the demo being extremely easy, I'm truly excited to play the full game. I don't care if it's going to be a piece of cake, I just want to relax while I appreciate the great art direction, the amazing soundtrack, and the gameplay diversity.

Same here. People like to complain that Kirby has gotten too easy compared to the older games, but in my opinion, a game doesn't have to be an Elden Ring level of difficulty to be a good game. Sometimes I just like to relax and enjoy a game. Video Games are supposed to be an escape from reality and relieve stress, not make it worse. Plus, I think the difficulty when it comes to Kirby games is what you make of it. Just like Pokemon games, when fans make up more difficult challenges like that Nuzlock mode that more advanced players like to stream.

4:10 I hope Meta Knight becomes an unlockable payable character after beating his boss fight, as in hopefully there will be another Meta Knightmare in Kirby and the Forgotten Land after completing the main story

Yes I always wanted a 3D Kirby game but I really hope this will be the Pinnacle of the Kirby series

I wouldn't say pinnacle. It'd be nice to see HAL improve more and more with each game, making a better game each time. If this game sells well I can only see a bright future for kirby.

I'm so freaking excited for this game. Kirby is a series that never gets old.

This is exactly why I love the Switch era of Nintendo (for the most part). They’ve seen how people respond to relatively stagnated or untouched series, and give the fans exactly what they want. From BOTW to Odyssey to Dread and now this, the Switch has delivered more than any other Nintendo console in a while.

Unfortunately BOTW 2 isn’t coming anytime soon and people are not happy about it, but for me, I say give the team as much time as they need, I mean, we want the game to be at least close to perfect, right?

I've loved Kirby since I played through Kirby's Dream Land 100 times on by Game Boy before the age of 10. I always mained him in Smash. My favorite Nintendo character. I can't wait for this.

Already played the demo and it was awesome! I like how there was a Wild Mode in addition to the already existing normal difficulty (Fittingly named Spring Breeze), since it could foreshadow a REAL Extra Game mode where stronger enemies replace others!

The biggest Kirby game ever! The cuteness factor is so overwhelming too! And the copy abilities, new and old, just look super awesome! AMAZING GAME !!!

Just recently 100% this game and I have to say it’s one of the best games I have ever played in my life. Thank you Nintendo and Hal Laboratory for making this masterpiece of this game.

I was just playing the demo last night. It's one of the best demos I've ever played. Great pacing, doesn't overstay it's welcome and it gives you more to play around with than I was expecting. Really looking forward to the main game.

I absolutely love how Bandana Waddle Dee is one of the protagonist, enough to be player two. Hopefully he’s added to smash next if there’s ever another smash bros

The narrator of this video reminds me of Mark Elliott and his voice over of Disney trailers. He's a keeper.

Kirby game series over the years never disappoints me, with new abilities and different characters this game looks awesome and I’m excited about it.

you and me are in the same boat. i started playing video games again after not playing any since 2009. i just bought a wiiu and 3ds. those consoles are awesome. definitely check out the "new nintendo 3ds XL" there are three great kirby games on there. and dozens of others.

did you know that if you are in the mall on the escalator, if you look at top mirror, you could saw gorimondo flew over the mirror?

Kirby games have a theme of the story beginning somewhere in the sky. Return to Dreamland had the Lor Starcutter falling from the sky All of Triple Deluxe was in the sky Robobot had Haltmann Inc. mechanizing the planet from the sky Star Allies had the hearts falling from the sky And now, a portal is in the sky

I'm so hyped!! As a big kirby fan I. Loving this new direction can't wait

This game looks fantastic and I cant wait for it to come out.

Set em' free" meanwhile every other game; *kirby mercilessly sucks up and spits out waddle dees killing them instantly* that being said I love awoofys so much and they are now my favorite kirby enemy and possibly even favorite kirby characters period. Maybe even favorite video game character as a whole.

I've been obsessed with Waddle Dee since I first saw him on the N64 over 20 years ago. To see a game that is literally almost all about them brings me immense joy. Kirby is just so wonderful! I'm so excited!! 7 DAYS!!!

The animation is very well done in all of Kirby's actions. Looks like tight controls too.

The narrators voice is so smooth he reminds me of Mel Wrinkler as Aku Aku and the exact opposite of the miitopia voice actor even though both give great performances. I would love to see a crossover someday.

I pre ordered this game back in January, I was so excited for a new Kirby game, from a diehard Kirby fan for over half of my life, thank you Nintendo :)

When I played the demo for the first time, I ended up crying. I legitimately could not believe that this, a true 3D Kirby game, was *actually* happening. If you told me that Kirby was getting a 3D game like this, say, ten years ago? I wouldn't have believed you in the slightest. I've been playing the demo a *lot* since it dropped, and I just cannot get enough. I can hardly wait for the full game!
