I watched Healin' Good and adored it (my first ever Pretty Cure), and now I'm watching Kira Kira and the currently airing Tropical Rouge. Kira Kira is so cute; right now the stakes are pretty low but I've heard they get higher so I'm looking forward to that. I would highly recommend both series!

I personally really liked Ciel's arc before becoming a Precure.

Smile Precure has been my favorite so far, but I never actually finished it. I got tired of the battles because the monsters themselves always looked so goofy. I like tokusatsu-style monsters that're creative and interesting! I think that's what would make or break it for me-- how cool are the monsters of the week? XD

I watched the futari wa dub in TV as a kid I'll admit to Kira Kira's problems but it was my reintroduction into the series so it has a special place in my heart

Futari wa (Max Heart): both are true. Splash Star: that’s sadly true. That season may look like the OG but that’s not the case. They have their own stories to tell and it’s an underrated gem

Yes: Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei is an anime unrelated to the Super Sentai series, though speaking of that, the whole Sunday morning Toei programming block does tend to reference and cross over with each other (Precure less so because it's animated and the rest are live action). Heartcatch: Yes, it's popular for its dark tone and caused a large influx of new Precure fans. I almost went with that explanation, but people who aren't already Precure fans might be most familiar with the references in Umaru-chan. Hugtto: It won the Judges' Choice award in the r/anime awards, and a bunch of users complained because how could a magical girl show they didn't watch possibly be good, much less beat Demon Slayer and Mob Psycho 100.

I love Precure and out of the two to start with I would recommend Healin' Good because I think it's the better of the two. Kira Kira is not bad but it does have some story and character problems. To me it's a bit mediocre when compared to other seasons BUT a lot of people seem to love it so I can respect that.

I recommend watching Healin' Good First. The first episode was absolutely fantastic which made me watch the season until now. Other seasons (aside from Healin Good, Go Pri, Heartcatch and Fresh) I would not finish and would just watch the last episode. Also the music in Healin Good is very beautiful.

Great video, but a point I want to mention: I read somewhere that the Olympics were originally supposed to air on the channel and time slot that PreCure aired, so Healin Good would have to cut 3 episodes without the real world pandemic. So it would be 45-47 episodes instead.

I enjoyed Yes! Precure 5 GoGo, but mostly because I liked the characters from the first season of Yes. I found the plot itself very dull and meandering. The villains were also sorta dull imo. But I'm glad you finally covered Precure in depth lol! I also did not realize Asumi was supposed to be an adult until like...last week.

Mahoutsukai Pretty Cure (Or Witchy Pretty Cure) is streaming on Anime Digital Network (A French anime streaming site), so there's another licensed season.

i was literally debating between these exact two series to watch next oh my god

I'm one of the people who liked 5GoGo! Anyway, I'd strongly recommend Healin' as the better first Precure season just because I feel like Kirakira episode 1 doesn't make a very good first impression. It hits you with a one-two punch of a relatively cheap-looking intro and a much cheaper-looking musical baking sequence, it focuses on the season's least interesting Cure (to the near-total exclusion of the other Cures-to-be, unusually for the franchise) interacting with the "just kinda generic" Pekorin, and Gummy's entire purpose seems to be to avoid introducing any of the season's proper recurring villains. Kirakira overall is good, don't get me wrong, but I feel like it's best saved for when you have more confidence that the franchise knows what it's doing. As for what season I want licensed next, it's really no contest-lun.

Healin Good Precure and KiraKira Precure are such good seasons! I recommend you watch both, but maybe start with KiraKira.

Glad they have these two Better precure I didn’t really like the glitter force on Netflix but I’m still grateful just don’t like how they cutted some episodes and combined them some of them have missing ones too

“Yuri” was a simple word and reason to watch KiraKira...

Which season gets licensed next? Oh that’s easy: all of them, besides those that have already been approved before (Glitter Force doesn’t count). As for which of the season, obviously HGP. Reason? Well for starters, I’ve seen Kirakira. From what I saw, only 2 out of 6 developed throughout their season: Himari and Ciel. The rest are either very disappointing (Aoi), non-existent (Yukari and Akita) or just plain aggravating (Ichika and Pekorin...shes their black sheep). You have a point that Julio (aka Pikario) and Vibry are the most developed...too bad the rest are just petty (Noire), wasted potential (Elysio and Grave) or pointless (the monsters on the first half and Diable). It’s sweets theme makes sense...at first. But then it’s motives kept switching back and forth that by the end when they said “light and dark”, i thought “is this Precure or Kingdom Hearts?” Speaking of sweets, don’t get me started on their so-called “fight scenes”. All they ever do is stand still, aim and squirt. Yeah they dodge a lot but come on! Give it a variety! Use your animal skills in combat for Pete’s sake! It felt like they hardly use them since their debut, especially Gelato with her ice roars and Chocolat’s keen sense of smell. They only did the epic ness BY THE END, which is the first that ticked me off to no end...until Star Twinkle came along but that’s a different story. *sigh* As much as I want to bash this one again, even HGP has its issues too. Besides the obvious pandemic hiatus, and the suspension of their Tokyo Olympics, since returning, there’s also the case with Asumi aka Earth. She’s...meh. Kinda stalls on her for a little too long, even moreso, her being OP in combat that the trio ended up being like Kirakira: also standing still, which they weren’t like that before. But for now, until the upcoming airing of the next episode, this is on the ok range for me.

I've notice that Honoka/White's got Thicc Eyebrows.

I love kira kira! Healin good is ok from what i’ve seen.

I really want Yes! Precure 5 to be next cause it’s very iconic AND Go! Princess Precure Smile Precure(because Netflix doesn’t have the sub) That goes for Doki Doki Precure as well HeartCatch Precure Fresh Precure You know what I want ALL OF THEM

I believe due to Legal Problems, Crunchyroll is forced to Skip Smile & Doki Doki, cuz Hasbro Inherent Saban's Sloppy Seconds that's not MMPR.

go go actually became more popular as years went on personally I thinks it's better than yes 5

With Sony recently bought Crunchyroll, Maybe Funimation should Dub PreCure starting from the first Season.

Actually I'm pretty sure a dub already exists, though it never got to max heart, they could just find a way to re release that one and/or continue it and this time do include max heart

I watched Suite Precure when it was airing. It was entertaining but I don't know if I would watch it again.

Prefer Healin Good, Great, Peace, calm and Fun until Episode 28 Attack, Nowada Precure want look alike with kamen rider

The Next PreCure season might Use The Showa Era Kamen Rider, by making that PreCure into their Ultimate Weapon, until thry escape, & vowed Revenge.

It's simple kira kira won win in the fight because they are much stronger than any of the healing good precures right now because they were weak at the start but then they become weaker later I don't know how you do that

Healin’ Good had better fights than KiraKira, so if you’re looking for more action, watch Healin’ Good instead

Lets be fair most of us have forgotten what melanin is by this point xD
