Nope, Samsung and Microsoft are pretty much good pals as of now, otherwise we might not get some Microsoft integrations like promoting Xbox Game Pass, and integration of OneDrive in Samsung phones of the midrange and flagship varieties. Also, Samsung still makes their own Windows-based laptops like their Galaxy Book series. So pretty much legal.
