Expert Mode on English PS2 KH 1 has you take double damage, exactly like Proud Mode Also, it's been about 9, 10 years since the HD version came out on PS3 lmao, kids who were 5 back then are about 15 now

That Simba trick was a lifesaver OMG THANK YOU! Defeated the Behemoth with the gravity spell and Simba, then did some manual fighting for the first 2 waves, Simba’d the next 4/5 and then Aero’d up and used Tinkerbell to finish the rest. Such a stressful battle😭

@@KHGuides I just found this guide I beat that like 2 days ago without guides, and it was very hard. Now, I'm stuck at final boss and I went to loot other worlds. I've spent 3 hours and got only like 5 levels, but I already fully looted some worlds I've got 2 questions for you 1. Final boss guide when? (I think all stages should be in one video as there are no checkpoints) And speaking of checkpoints, 2. I used restart in a vine jump minigame in Tarzan's world to save time after collecting all fruits. Will I still get the Undefeated trophy? (PS3 version) (I have a save where I didn't do that, but it is before I went to loot other worlds. Level 53, +Sword, -Shield, Final Mix)

@@KHGuides btw I just beat the game with Level 60 And the only reason I completed it was because I summoned Tinkerbell in last Ansem stage. I'm not sure if she disappeared or not by the time he had 1 hp, but he was already activating his super attack and I also got 1 hp. I managed to Cure myself and finish him. Btw it took me 5 hours to get level 60 from 53 by simply beating all heartless while revisiting other worlds to loot chests. Perhaps it would be faster to loot last 2 worlds or beat Halloween Town to unlock Hercules and Hades Cups

One thing to note is that all of the tips for the Behemoth in Hollow Bastion work for the Arch Behemoth in this fight if you intend on saving MP for the mobs of Heartless after it if you have a melee build.

This is one hell of a gauntlet to run. Surrounded by enemies, little chance to rest; the Heartless are pulling out all the stops here. I rarely bothered to use summons since I had almost no success with them. Then again, I tended to use them at bad times. That probably pushed me to only rely on melee and occasionally magic. I’d recommend having everyone equip Lucky Strike to increase item drops odds. Maybe an enemy or two would yield a healing item after dying.

One of the hardest fights in the series tbh

Linked Worlds is legit the best spot in the game to farm for Mythri, Orichalcum, and Gales in OG Kingdom Hearts. Here's how it's done: If you're trying to collect, you should come in with very high MP and everyone equipped with Cheer and summon Bambi right after beating the Behemoth. Then you can go to town on the other Heartless and watch the items drop, as it's the only spot in End of the World where you can fill up Bambi's third gauge. A trick to _really_ collect those drops is to fill up Bambi's third gauge, collect the items, leave through the entrance, and repeat. Just be sure to beat the Behemoth each time _before_ you summon Bambi, though, as the Behemoth won't drop anything. Also, leave the room before you open up Final Rest if you're trying to keep collecting, or not nearly as many Heartless spawn afterward. Needless to say, I delayed finishing this room for a good while on a 100%, max stats run. 😄

I was not aware that I could get back to world terminus after defeating Chernbog

my simba just keeps stunning instead of killing wat am i doing wrong

Can i travel back to the other worlds after being in the linked worlds fights??

i wanna point out that you forgot to mention that the energy orb an Angel Star attacks with can also summon another Angel Star. this happens as the small orbs that come from it merge. this doesn't happen in Olympus Coliseum.

I’ve only recently played through KH1, 2, BBS and will be starting 3 soon. Can confirm that this battle genuinely is so fucking hard, on the same level as Lingering Will if you aren’t at the right level.

If you fly upward high enough, there's a boundary that when crossed sends you back to World Terminal!

wait you can backtrack to the world terminus? I was under the impression you couldnt and had been trying this fight until like 3AM because I didnt want to do chernabog again. I think it is also worth mentioning that when angel stars glow blue and their orb connects to the ground, there is a chance it will summon a new Angel Star and if you dont keep track of that you will get overwhelmed quickly.

Yep, you can backtrack if you fly high enough! Great point on the Angelstars; I recently learned about that behavior while reading the Ultimania. Crazy stuff!

Yes, you can! You are able to backtrack to the previous save station by flying upwards from the area you fought Chernabog.

When the fight starts, you can jump into the white portal high on the wall behind you to return to the previous area.

It was an absolute breeze on Proud Mode. Perhaps in part due to the high level I had. Had no idea it was problematic enough to sanction a tutorial.
