KC3 did not 'give' titles to H&M's children. Leaving aside for now the issue of the children's murky origins, which cannot be proven either way at present, the royal style (not a title) of prince/princess was theirs by right the moment Charles became King, by virtue of the Letters Patent of George V, 1917, which states that the children of the sons of any sovereign have the right to be styled as prince/princess. Without issuing a Letters Patent of his own countermanding this (which carries various difficulties of its own), there is no way that Charles can actually prevent them from assuming their birthright royal style. As for the Dukedom, Tom Bower as a barrister should be aware that it requires an Act of Parliament to revoke a hereditary title legally bestowed by royal charter under the Great Seal, which is a legally binding document, and therefore requires an act of lawmaking to be reversed. The monarch does not make law, only Parliament can do that. But even if it were done, do we suppose that H&M would simply stop causing trouble? Highly doubtful. They have demonstrated how destructive they are prepared to be in avenging their grievances, and if their titles were taken, they would have little left to lose, and much satisfying vengeance to gain. Quite obviously KC3 is well aware of all this, and also the need to reward and protect William and Catherine. Hence his bestowing upon them, a couple of weeks ago, the prestigious Order of the Bath on William, and Companion of Honour on Catherine. William is also about to be invested as the new Colonel in Chief of the Army Air Corps, taking over from Charles himself, who spent 31 years in the role. A high honour and sign of love and respect from father to son.

The last use and abuse was the recent visit. Harry could brag about his connection in the Travolta award and also Invictus in Whistler. That visit wasn’t genuine at all, it was an opportunity to show the World he is still the King’s son. But after all he said and done, he contradicted himself by cosying up to his racist family who was mean to his wife. The man is no hero.

It is not at all " finally". Charles has refused to meet with Hawwy since Megxit. The king doesn't take Hawwy's phone calls either.

And when their titles are stripped what does that get you ? Satisfaction right and they will still live on with or without titles because the title will be given to you or anyone of your family as Royal's and you are very familiar so that would be their gift to you

Oh come on, Bower, Harry was NEVER in danger in the military. He was known as Bunker Harry because he sat around playing video games while the rest were out on patrol and fighting. He slept through a bomb that hit the bunker because he was so well protected. Andrew has more gravitas as a military man, he was a helicopter Pilot and actually flew active missions in the Falklands. Harry sat in the jump seat and flew around the base.

SPARE pr&ck should be removed as head of the Invictus games too. He DID NOT come up with the idea and is milking it for all its worth. Using the prestige of the games and (allegedly) taking a £500,000 fee from this charity, some suggest he wanted £1,000,000. Bunker boy does not represent the majority of the armed forces (being a former soldier myself) and is an embarrassment to all who serve and served in His Majesty"s armed forces. Please replace him with someone with integrity, moral standing and a backbone, NOT Megan Markles wife. God save the King

Both he and his bitter wife are co-producers of the games; the only way to oust them is to set up a new veterans games like Germany did after the insulting behavior in Dusseldorf. She claimed she was late because she had picked up milkshakes for the kids, when the truth was the paint wasn't dry in the hotel suite - she had it repainted on IG funds.

@@katbar6066 When the two guys who lobbied to have IG come to Vancouver and got funding in the amount of $30M from Canadian Veteran's Affairs Dept., they thought, since this was their project they could actually put their foot down and refuse to allow Meghan the freedom to do her fashion show and basically elbow herself into everything, like she did in Dusseldorf, they werre going to contain what she could do and what expenses they would allow. Well, the surprise was on them: Meghan let them know in no uncertain terms that she was running this show, along with Prince Harry, they were co-producers, and as such she outranked them, Invictus belonged to them and was their baby, lock, stock and barrel. She sacked both of them, although the one guy is still staying on as a volunteer, and she installed a new CEO that was pro-Meghan and Harry. I've said before, if the UK wants to get rid of these two as Invictus heads, they will have to set up a competitive veteran's games that is not affiliated with IG, like Germany did shortly after Dusseldorf, as the German veterans felt IG with Harry and Meghan at the head was totally unprofessional and didn't do the veterans any good. And I agree. When Harry was alone the first few days while the suite's new paint was drying and Meghan waited for it to be ready, there were press shots of various competitors and I found it very interesting. Meghan shows up to tell everyone that she was late because she had to do the school run (I wonder who did it when she wasn't there, but I digress) and bought the kids milkshakes. She had grabbed the mike from PH in the middle of his speech, and had to impress on everyone that she had been frugal and done her hair and make-up herself, and everyone I guess should be grateful to her for it. Like, why even mention that? So very unprofessional, that woman! And all I saw after that was her various clothing changes, and then the unprofessional despicable shorts-walk in sandals in front of the soldiers parade. I refused to watch anymore. I and probably a whole lot more wouldn't mind sponsoring a veteran to attend the various games. But not if I know that my money is going towards her wardrobe, make-up, hair, repainting of 5* hotel suites and special linens, gourmet restaurants, private jets, cars, helicopters instead of what the funds purposes were intended for. But what took the cake in Whistler was them paying Michael Buble $1.5M to sing a song to them. Disabled people don't have a mountain of cash - disabled vets have to personally fund-raise in order to be able to afford to come to the IG, to pay their own way, and their grifting doesn't help. I'm glad the BoD refused to increase his appearance fee from $500,000 to $2M. They need to say"NO!" to a whole lot more where these two are concerned. And Harry has arranged a partnership with BC's First Nations group, who honestly thought he represented the Crown when he was in Whistler, and these people really can't afford to be grifted by these two. The First Nations bit doesn't make sense at all - Invictus Games is for disabled veterans, how do First Nations figure in it at all?

What surprises me is that Bower still thinks Hawwy served honorably ( he didn't). Bower also thinks ( wrongly) that Hawwy was respected by his fellow soldiers. He wasn't respected. Has Bower been living under a rock?
