I agree with you. She needs help. But I highly doubt that she accepts help. Her behaviour is close to stalking. Never underestimate a stalker. Some stalkers misunderstand a lot. Might be possible that she starts stalking you as soon as you try to help her. She will stroke you all the time or send you flowers.

Good news. I recently saw a video that said that the authorities placed an ASBO which is like a restraining order on her, good for 2 years. If she's seen again, she will be arrested. As far as I know, the ASBO can be renewed, so it's like she's banished forever. If you look at the list of videos of her, there is nothing newer than 3 months ago.

I used to think these horses were well protected and loved. After watching these videos for an hour, seeing them harassed and threatened, grabbed, slapped and pushed, yelled at, annoyed, etc..., I am sad to see no one cares what tourists do to them. I dare that little B try her antics on a mounted patrolman's horse in the U.S. and even Canada. She would have been arrested after her first offense. This is disgusting. Should be ashamed for letting any of this happen.

The trouble is, she keeps coming back! She is deliberately trying to cause trouble. She should be arrested for being a public nuisance, harassing the horses, their riders, and the other Royal Guards. She even entered areas where signs said not to and became offended when told not to! Then, she did it again! I wish they would arrest her, put her in jail, and give her a psychiatric evaluation! Sorry, but her lack of respect for the Royal Guards really infuriates me! And she calls them rude with that cackling laugh and insane never ending "aren't I clever" maniacal grin! Something definitely wrong with that poor woman! but, why should the Royal Guards have to put up with it! She even argues with onlookers who tell her she's in the wrong!

If you arrest her you have to arrest most of the tourists. I've watched all the evidence. There is no sign that says "do not touch the horses. There is no sign that says "don't pull the reins". Either 100 people touch the horse, or one touches 100 times. While you still allow tourists in, expect this behaviour to continue.

Did anyone notice that every time this woman came next to the horse - actually 2 horses they were very unsettling and uncomfortable. Give people and animals their space , sense and withdraw if needed. Thats respect.

That's why we have laws so we and the police are informed what we are legally allowed to do that is why she is still free . Being a pain in the backside is not illegal and the police and the armed forces are trained to be tolerant of these people and get on with their jobs . But that horse has nearly licked skin off her palm and still she goes back. Definitely shady. Never satisfied to point of bring diabolical nuisance. Then attention seeking with police for what? Usually its an alibi. Or a recce. Am I paranoid about this? Yes....a bit with all terrorist threats. Those Guards look very vulnerable. I made a comment about this lady, saying she was probably lonely, basically harmless. That was before her deliberate ignoring of soldiers, armed police and the guards on duty telling her to stop touching the horses because it stresses them out, and the guards were getting fed up of her. Especially hanging round and giving other tourists 'permission' to come and stroke the horses and have their photos taken. She still persists in irritating everyone, and doing what she wants. All the while cackling with that irritating laugh, even when being nicely told off. Not a nice person.

Believe me, they will only be pushed so far. She has been advised, politely if she persists, then she may get herself arrested. I suspect this is what she wants, for the SENSATION value, and 2 minutes of fame. It wouldn't surprise me if she and her entourage do this for the monetization on KZread. Yes, this! I'm so shocked watching these videos to see all the guard and officers allow to be done to these horses. The mounted police in the US would never tolerate disrespect of their horses. Harassment = huge fine. If it escalates, a night in jail. Physical contact is immediate trip to jail, court date, and huge fines. You would think the Royal Guard horses would be protected even more, but they aren't. Very disheartening and strange.

The officers and police who have approached her numerous times, have made it very clear that her conduct is out of order and has to stop. Holding a flat hand out to the horse is teasing them into thinking they are getting a treat, I certainly hope she isn't giving them something we cannot see !! You can hear one police officer telling her to be considerate for everything and everyone , including the other tourists. Her attitude quickly changes to confrontational with the police, claiming her 'imaginary husband' was a police officer, and better than they will ever be. She clearly says she doesn't care what any guard or police has to say to her. She is an odd ball, but a nuisance above and beyond everything else, she probably has issues in her life, she probably has a sociopath disorder on some level, getting her removed from Horse guards for public disorder and obstruction would be for the best......permanently will be another challenge short of arresting her and sticking her in Broadmoor. I'm in London in a couple of weeks , so I may pop down make a formal complaint in support of the barracks, if she's there being a pest.

The King's Guards have been warned about her. They deliberately move their horses away from her when she tries to touch them. Anyone who knows about leg aids and neck reining will notice how it's done. The action is imperceptible to the untrained eye, but not to a competent horse rider. She's obviously obsessed!

They need to tell her the horses are not pets, they are working and she is distracting the guards from their duties.

It's bad enough that the UK gets visitors from all over the world who go there and make asses of themselves, but to have a Brit act out that way, deplorable.

Woman with pink head scarf looks like she may be homeless. A gentleman in the crowd told her she's becoming famous? That's the last thing he should have told her! Now, she'll become even more of a pain in the ass for the police, Guardsmen, horse's and tourists. Her behavior could become dangerous.

Why they indulge her bizarre behaviour is beyond me, she doesn't care about anyone's opinion just her 'right' to forever touch the horses. As long as the guards make it clear they don't want her touching the horses. By moving their heads or retreating further back into the box where she cannot reach, will she learn that lesson. Or will they wait until she encourages a child to approach and that kid gets hurt will something be done!

Here in the southern US, she would have been given a single warning and then be arrested for interference with an officers duty. Held for a mental evaluation then receive either a fine or jail time.

The govt/Monarchy ought to have railings put up to stop tourists like her from stressing the Queen's horses and duty guards. There should be a space limit as to how close tourists are allowed to stand to take pictures.

Even the guards are getting pissed of at her.

She's a 'street angel' and she sleeps on the streets with the homeless. And annoys the horses to the point of extreme agitation. But she says they are 'wild today.' She has got to go for everyone's safety.

Scares the heck out of me (where is she now? I hope an ocean away - sorry, folks). I have never witnessed a person in the last few years who is as relentlessly cruel to humans & non-humans (in this case, horses), despite being asked repeatedly to please step away & leave the guards & their horses alone. Watch her put her hand in front of an obviously uncomfortable (ears back, neck thrusting) guard horse every few seconds !!!!! - torture of the horse & rider & disruption of their duties. Sick behavior.

Monitoring, fixation, delusion of control, baiting, coveting attention, one sided conversations, interference, passive aggression to opposition, complete disrespect of boundaries….this is stalking! It might seem harmless but it will develop and has the potential to cause significant disruption and distress. At some point she will turn, and the rage will follow. I hope the staff are going through the legal motions to enforce a removal. When she says “I don’t care what the guard said” she was telling the truth!

No, MY husband is a police officer. And I know that as a LEOW, none of us would speak to another officer in that manner. We know how to respect the job no matter what country we’re in. What a liar she is.

If this woman has had a history of mental problems, the police will face criticism for heavy-handedness esoecially as they are armed!) and, to be honest, the police have no means of getting her off the streets if she is "in the community". If this woman is a muslim (she refers to Allah occasionally), they will be accused of Islamophobia. Perhaps they will be accused of picking on her because she's a woman.
