Wow, Johan, I am so glad I skipped your base when I saw it 😄. A double take of magnetic mayhem in the corner with the fly. Plus u have to hit the thief’s head on that corner of the ceiling just past the edge of the saw?! How have u been so lucky as to get both base 21 and this? I have never had a platform base, and I play this game a lot... Thanks for sharing this insane creation from the mind of a true master builder.

Well, I kinda did this base before kzread.info/dash/bejne/gmlpyaRueZiaqLQ.html so I knew what might be necessary. In that previous base you had to hit the ceiling square on though, I didn't know it was possible to change the jump path with a half-hit …

Thx Brian!! This is my first base 38. I play KoT for about 14 months now. It was my second base 21 tho. And it depends on how many orbs I have, but most of the time I skip 4 or 5 bases. I must say I had a lot of luck with those 2 bases. Once I get the base I like the first thing I’ll do is looking for difficult jumps or maybe strange trap behavior and build a layout around it. I know it’s not always possible to find a unique and strong layout, but with the random traps there’s always something to find that’s not done before. Highly dependent on the base and the traps of course. Thx for your comment!

Justin, do you skip dungeons? I found my best layouts by just playing around. Try to think out of the box. My base 92 from last June 24 is a pretty regular base too

Johan Jansen kind of It usually depends but i don’t usually spend more than 3 skips does that affect the dungeons I will get next because I have not had a gravity base since January

I had to finish two videos today because I gotta go to London tomorrow and I already spent over 4 hrs recording, so I had to hurry a bit. Skulls might be back on Tuesday ;)

how u think g3cd, how many orbs u need to spend to get special base with desk or antygrawity

I just counted them: there are 3 bases with boards, 1 base with a jump pad and 13 with antigravity, for a total of 17 out of 103. So you have a 1 in 6 chance to get a "special" base which means you should "on average" need 100 orbs for rerolls.

g3cd. It’s a fun trap. It has a lot of potential. I like it a lot!! Use it smart and you can block your thief when placed vertical

g3cd. I don’t think you’re gonna be happy about this G3cd. When you test a dungeon the text “cocktale’s dungeon” stays onscreen for 2 seconds before it fades away. And you can use potions when testing guild members. The “stars/ heartbeat” counter is working too. But the text is quite annoying. I hope this doesn’t mean you’ll have to edit it too much.

My problem with this game is that i can never master a hard layout twice but at the same time i need a base that is golden ritual worthy.

ok, that start trap is tougher. But since you can now disabled traps when testing: with the lwft fly disabled, I can just drop down and jump over the saw. You should at least move the saw right to prevent this.

I had rather expected the warder at the very BOTTOM. If I do the corner jump and wait for the blue gun to fire again and then jump up, the warder is automatically in the right position.

Yeah, bit in this case, the start is standard and you can just jump from the antigravity into the chest without returning to the left. So it isn‘t really hard.
