After a year of being screamed at by horrible customers for things I had no control over, I snapped. I may have been paid well, but one day I realized I was working in a glorified call center. The nice desk and the window view didn't change that. Corporations kill your self worth, your soul, your free time, your happiness, to the point where you bank account can be full and you're still angry and depressed all the time. I'm a lot happier with a job that pays less, and demands less.

They always pull this s**t, like transferring you to God knows where so you have to commute for 4 hours everyday just so you cave in and quit. If there's no good reason for them to fire you just wait until they let go of you, here where I live, you get 3-6 months worth of salary as compensation depending on how many years you worked there.
