I'm in this energy. I pulled this card this morning for my current energy. I was seeing someone briefly and I cut him.out of my life yesterday. I was clear that we didn't want the same thing and I moved in that manner. Blocked and deleted him. I wasn't harsh. I just told him that I valued the time we spent together but its time I move on. Just found your channel today. I love how you explain the Tarot.

I've pulled reverse strength and reverse king of swords for how my most recent ex currently felt about me. I am happy to see as per usual...no good intentions; still hopeful for the best changes for them though, I'm in a much better and happier relationship! Also...I did it because I randomly had a dream about them...? I had a dream in dreams of going back in time and doing what I pleased, I had one about my last ex in there and I was trying to tell them I love them but something always interfered I don't know why...it did always seem before like he couldn't believe I loved him when I think about it. I think it's just apart of the manipulation though. Thanks for the video!

I saw a numerologist online who after I paid him for name change ignored and ridiculed me and spoke to me in harsh tone of voice like he was stabbing me, avoided eye contact, lied, very angry, very judgmental, when I met with him again online. I had a Tarot reading on this and he came up as King of Swords. Later I had another Tarot reading that was supposed to be on entirely something else but for some reason reader got King of Swords Reversed. I couldn't understand why, given the topic of the reading, but then someone told me that sometimes if a reader doesn't properly cleanse their Tarot cards, energies may be mixed up and so cards may turn up that address something else in someone's life. So I think the King of Swords Reversed was meant for the other situation where I was mistreated by hateful online numerologist. Irony is he has many positive reviews saying he's compassionate and humble. I had the exact opposite experience. King of Swords Reversed is dark indeed.

there are times when i ask a question about communication between me and someone and i get this card as a yes/no, which i take it as a yes OR maybe because i also pay attention to the colors that he's wearing like red/blue. red has to do with the heart chakra and blue has to do with throat chakra which has to do with communication. so like if i ask if a person desires for me to shoot a message, i feel like this card is saying this person wants to speak of you but he's afraid to say something first. i get that type of energy because of the way he's holding the sword like he's trying to gain clarity. just a thought!

2:28 reversed meaning

My feelings about the King of Swords are mixed. How can it come that such a logical person with a great intellectuall clairty can be a charmant/manipulative person at the same time? It contradicts the essecse of this character. I'm not speaking about the reverse side of the card; this really could be a side feature of the king of swords. I once knew this person in real life and to this very day, I feel very betrayed from him. I feel more awe for the queen of swords. Besides being quick-witted and strong-minded as the King of Swords, the Queen of Swords has an air of sorrow and deep pain; as if she has been forced into this state of mind.

Personally, I don't do reversals, I see every card as having different elements of light and shadow within, I use my intuition to feel into what resonates with me and my question, you also need to consider the cards surrounding to get more info to see how the card is aspected.....would love to hear Madeline's perspective on this!

What is someone gets THREE of these across a professional reading?

Hi Madeleine, I’ve been getting this card almost every single time I do a reading it’s almost quite disturbing. When it first showed up, I was going through financial difficulties and had just gotten through an emotionally traumatic event. I took the meaning of this card as if it’s trying to tell me to hang on and to be less emotional and not let myself get sucked into flashbacks replaying the emotional event in my head over and over again, and so that was fine. But it’s been a month now, and yesterday, I stumbled across the card facing up under my coffee table, away from my deck. That was another sign. Today, in my one card reading, I got the card reversed for the first time. Is there any way you could shed some light on this phenomenon?! Thanks.
