I am from india ...i dont know what food is this...

Being an Indian I do know we (as in India Bangladesh nepal etc.) are still a developing economy and basically our countries are still third world countries . Even though we are the third world currently street vendors could maybe make a little more effort in making his stall a bit more hygienic. Like I get that most of us can't afford to open a full blown restraunt or even a small shop which is why there are so many roadside vendors . However I'm not saying they should make any fancy addition or do it right in the beginning but eventually if they simply just added a glass to you know maybe protect it from the dust coming towards their food . With cars and people constantly passing by it could be a serious health hazard and im not shitting on the guy I have alot of respect for him because he isn't conning people or stealing etc. But he is working hard to put a roof over his family's shoulder clothes on their back and that is something impossible to hate on . All I hope for these street vendors is to take small steps to ensure better hygiene.
