Let’s say next century, if earth still exist, people will understand what special kind of genius he was. Meanwhile, I guess we are just fucking lucky to be aware of how lucky we are to witness his talent while he is alive. No joke, his music is one of the few reasons that make me want to keep on living.

Emotions I didn’t even know I had come out when I listen to any Krule. But this one brings nostalgia I hope will stay with me forever

Man, this guys music is so strong, hits me in the god damn feels every time

the drums, the little hammer on guitar riffs, the lyrics, his music is so genuine

1:15-1:45 is quite possibly the greatest 30 seconds of music iv'e ever heard. So honest and poignant yet slick.

I completely disassociate King Krule and Archy Marshall. To me they are two different people with two different musical abilities. King Krule's work is immensely depressing but a necessity for the soul, and I will always love him for diving deep into himself for 6FBtM. Archy Marshall's use of trip hop beats and floaty synths reminds that of the late J Dilla, and his album is just amazing. I hope that Archy Marshall continues to make more music under as many monikers as he wants, under as many as he needs.

There's also a another chord that is played when the drum beat changes, but I can't seem to figure it out. I think this is the most accurate, hopefully this helps.

Ofc, the live version is different. He most definitely doesn't play this version when live because of the hassle to tune down each instrument for one song. Also the sliding/hammer on solo part is on f#/the 3rd string, it goes like 2/4, 2, 2/4, 4/7 repeatedly.

you can stil play this in standard tuning lmaoooooooooooo. that drop tuning with the low bass just sound too good to me haha.

my dad made me discovered that the japanese music market is just amazing, they used to use SACD which are the CD's with the highest quality of soud you can get. Because music was so important there, they used to have advantages like adding bonuses sounds to make theyre owne unique version of different albums with they’re own mix. You should look it up, i had the chance to experience how japanese mixes sounds and they are AMAZING!!
