It’s a nice day in Australia. The sky is blue with a nice wind chill to offset the subtropical heat. You are enjoying the natural beauty. Then, in the distance, you hear a guitar riff. As you approach. You see 7 guys inside a massive Vulture costume/parade blimp. They wander the brush decimating any Power Rangers villain they come across. “Another day in the Land Down Under”.

I'd still love to believe there's this vulture abomination sitting in some dad's garage somewhere with no explanation.

Actually when asked about this video in particular they absolutely hated filming it. It mostly had to do with the Aussie heat and making it stifling hot inside the vulture, plus how awkward it was getting in and out of it between takes. Honestly I don’t blame them. The thing looks like a bitch to handle. On top of it being mobile as well.

I dunno, vultures get a bad rap, but they are actually very sociable and easygoing ... they can afford to be sociable, they don't need to fight over food. I love to watch them soaring together or hanging out in a tree. I think we humans could learn a thing or two from them.

It was not fun, the Aussie heat was blaring, there were roughly 14 people stuffed into the thing, it was almost impossible to get in and out of between takes, was absolutely stifling, and poor Stu was balanced the entire time on a single thin metal bar in the neck wearing the entire head contraption like a backpack. It was the opposite of fun, they despised every second of it.

This already looks like an 80's music video somehow (except for the much better quality of course). But I love it. Makes me think a little of RHCP's very weird early music videos.

I laughed the hardest at how carefully the first baddie jumped from the tree! Struck me funny for some reason...but wow I just love the crazy shit this band does, it seems spontaneous, yet carefully put together...every song is a trip.

0:55 favourite moment when the band goes maximum loudness. This is indeed the best video ever and that evil dude at the end they named: Invisible Face Man. Classic.

When my friend showed me this video, that's the first thing i said: this is the best music video I've ever seen!

This is one of those songs where 9 out of 10 people you show will be like "Hey this ain't half bad". And of those 9, 3-4 of them will say "can you recommend to me a few more". Somebody ate some mushrooms and watched an Alexandro Jodorowsky movie followed by some Power Rangers.

Lovely to see a band doing psychedelic music. This so reminiscence of late 60's and early 70's.

This is lovely. There are bands like this that seem to love Steve Hillage. I wish he would get together with them all and do a tour. These guys are truly inspired and make such unpretentious and glorious music that drives me out of the gloom and into the spacey-freaky light of day, MY day, and the best day, yet!

So it's Kamen Rider if it were directed by Jodorowsky, got it. Love it.

This is the video that got me into the band. A giant vulture with 7 dudes sticking out of it, traveling the land, playing music, batting different enemies with cosmic powers? Fucking sold, I'm all in.
