Ghidorah makes Skar King look like a Scooby Doo Villain...In addition, despite the fact that Shimo is potentially more powerful than Ghidorah, the way they downplayed her in GXK into a an abused animal pet makes it impossible to imagine Godzilla fearing her more than Ghidorah...It would be much cooler if she was this battle weary veteran of the old world, who unlike Godzilla decided not be involved in the most recent Monsterverse events and to he left alone...

This is the thing, Shimo might have more raw power, but King Ghidorah is a way more dire threat because he is almost as powerful as Shimo, but combines that with great combat aptitude, a really strong suite of other abilities and an alien, malevolent intelligence to use all of that much more effectively than Shimo uses her powers. It’s never really been explored the limit of Ghidorah’s energy vampire powers either; he could well scale well past Shimo. King Ghidorah is still the greatest threat the Monsterverse has featured to date.

Ghidorah won in KoTM do not care what anybody says, the human ORCA thing at last second ticked me off, and cheapened everything. Rodan Should have came in at last second and helped Godzilla and them two can finish the job.

It’s just Godzilla’s plot armor and human help. He’s saved 4 times with plot armor / humans in this movie, but it’s really nothing new. He has it 3 times in 2014, once more in 2021, then twice more in 2024

I’m nearly forty and this is the only movie scene that makes me cry. Too many people let it go over there heads everything going on in this scene and the original music for it just cements how emotional it is.

It is true that the director shows the characters as he wants and this makes their real power hidden. The fact is that Shimo is more powerful than all the titans and even Kong is more powerful than Godzilla, but the screenwriter shows it as he wants. And the fact is that Shimo is stronger than all the kaiju except Dasturya and Shi Godzilla, but in the new movie he was a slave!!!! It's really ridiculous that the most powerful kaiju was shown as a slave!!! Godzilla why must always be by Kong should be saved. In the first episode, if it wasn't for Kong, there would be no Godzilla and Mekagodzilla would kill him in an instant, but Kong saved him, so Godzilla should have bowed to Kong!!!
