Kimchi Fried Rice - Matt's Recipe!
It has been a long time coming but we finally got Matt to do a cooking video! I was pretty addicted to Korean kimchi fried rice so Matt was inspired to give it a go :) Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients Used:
4 cups of day old cooked rice
1/2 onion
1 medium shallot
2 stalks of green onion
kimchi
2/3 can of spam
sauce:
1 TBS gochujang
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp kimchi juice
4 eggs (separated)
1/3 corn oil
salt and pepper to taste

Loved the video! My variation for kimchi fried rice is to add pork belly and usually top it off with a sunny side up egg :).

i love korean food! kimchi fried rice and pork bok eum(spicy pork) is what i usually order when i go to the local korean restaurant. Please do a video for pork bok eum!
I am craving it now!! I usually just put fried egg on top of kimchi fried rice instead of mixing into rice and add little bit of ketchup!! Super good!!! :)

Im korean, and with authentic kimchi fried rice you need nothing but kimchi and rice (and maybe pork if u like). First you sautee the kimchi and pork then add in the rice and fry for a while, and we actually only use oil not sesame! Maybe givr it a go! ;)

looks delicious! I usually add frozen veggies (the one with chopped up carrots, peas, green beans, etc), imitation crab, potatoes, lots more kimchi and kimchi sauce.. so much that any other sauce is not necessary. :D
