I think saying Flaujae "bumped" into Watkins is some BS. She put her elbow into that girl. That being said Watkins was cool about it and Cardoso shouldn't of retaliated, but I'm annoyed with people acting like Cardoso flew off the handle for no reason. She'd been getting her hair pulled, got her lip busted, and then Flaujae elbows her teammate? I think the push was understandable. Not ok, but understandable.

agreed. LSU was looking for a fight and they got one. Mulkey's comments show that, she just didn't like the participants.

Both teams are very good, and was playing very emotional. Let's not make them villains, because this is just one game that SC didn't get caught. You can go back to the Kentucky game where Watkins wanted to whoop the girl because she messed up her dunk and that wasn't the first time Cardos push a player and I'm not talking about the Brazil game , I believe it was Tennessee game, SC is not innocent.

No one is saying SC is innocent. LSU flapped their lips a lot and flexed a lot. Got mad and SC stood on business and KC defended her team mate. LSU was mad because they were loosing.

Coach Dawn Staley is going to have another talk with the team and I can assure you this will not happen again. The team members that were ejected felt the real time consequences of their actions, could not participate in the celebration and do not want to be the reason for the team to be affected or lose. They will check their emotions at the door.

And Angel Reeves, ESPN CAN NOT HAVE THEIR FAVORITE TEAM WITHOUT THEM PLAYING, that’s why they was conversing to keep them from getting ejected by ejecting the bench standing up DURING timeout. What is the difference of HVL pushing Cardoso and Cardoso pushing F Johnson, answer the team they play on

First in every game sc play the referee's dont call fair. It don't matter how the referee's cheat the gamecocks they will find away too win. They don't have a one player shooting 100 shots. They don't have players playing dirty. They win with their talent and the best coach.

You know, as a white middle aged guy, when Dawn a year or so ago brought up race and how her and her team is treated, I was thinking maybe she was just playing the race card but I was completely wrong. If Dawn Staley was white she'd be talked about in the same breath as Coach K. This team lost what, 4 or 5 players, and came back even stronger than last year. That's straight up good coaching. And then the professionalism and good example she sets, it's incredibly impressive. Mulkey? She's a clown. She is a dirty coach and she teaches her kids how to play dirty. If the games were called fair, she'd be T'd up twice for being on the court and Reese would be out for pulling hair and other childish antics. And after all of that, she's a horrible coach. She's got Van Lith so scared to actually play that the kid has regressed as a player. I saw her yell at her in the last game "Get on the fucking block!" and there simply is no cause for that. You can tell Van Lith is playing scared out there.

Great Analysis. I think teams have seen enough tape on South Carolina that they are able to slow them down now. Early in the season no one had any idea how to gameplan for them, now they can. The difference is the growth of Fulwiley. There have been times that they have needed Fulwiley to save them this season. She can't really be gameplanned for. They have to hope she is just off her game which sometimes she is.

Not even true. She’s actually been in a 3 point shooting slump for 6-7 games. This was her breakthrough game. She has had production but don’t minimize what the othes have done like they are depending on Fulwiley to save them. She has sat a lot in clutch moments.

Kim Mulkey is a trash coach on a personal level, and it reflects on her players. I want the NCAA to install the Mulkey rule. ANY time a coach steps onto the floor, outside of time outs, they are ejected. Mulkey is constantly on the floor during play has even gotten in the way of players. She has no business stepping out there.

FlauJae should have been ejected or DQ'd and Watkins ejected for escalating things. And shame on Mulkey. Raven was just trying to settle FlauJae down and she threw an elbow which escalated things. Watkins was mouthing off (more escalation) and FlauJae elbowed her. But Mulkey should be ashamed. Be responsible for your own team's actions instead of pointing fingers.

If you watch USC, they are not physical. From 1 to 5 all of them can run the floor. they are too fast far other teams. so, when you cant keep up with them, you gotta get physical to try and slow them down. Everybody play them know this. USC gotta 6'8 gazelle running the floor and your forwards and center moving like a turtles. Only thing you can do is punch her in the gut when ever you get a chance. that's what mulkey is trying to say, We cant compete!

I have to admit, I'm NOT a Soccer Fan, by any stretch of the imagination. I did go to the stadium and actually watch the San Diego Team(I disremember their team name) in the early to mid 70s, and drank Beer, Ate Hot Dogs and had a good time(Not Drunk, That's Just Tacky), I even went and watched the Padres Lose(They Really Sucked back Then, even Laughing at themselves, because they knew they Sucked), but...Beer...Hot Dogs...and Everybody had a Good Time.Once I left San Diego I forgot Soccer Existed, which wasn't a chore, since I've never been a fan of Pro Sports, with the exception of Women's Basketball, from back when my High School Girls Team Played Half Court..... BUT, Listening to you talk Soccer, It almost sounds Interesting....Almost. But I'm subscribing because you off an honest and unbiased Take on the Goings On, without trying to step on toes, or Not trying to Step On Any Toes. Excellent Analysis, so I'm In....Try not to get too excited, I'm just a 74 year old Semi Retired Cowboy and Fully Retired Rodeo Cowboy, who hides out with a bunch of Horses and Dogs in the Hinterlands of South Georgia, who's a Big Iowa Fan, because they Play Good, Solid, and Honest Basketball...Of Course Having Caitlin on the team doesn't Suck either. I'll be watching for you and your analysis.....Sooo Make me Proud :)

Dawn South Carolina doesn't want that as a disraction going forward and want to focus on executing basketball. Mulkey prefers to use it as motivation. Like whatever.
