What has Deng done? He turned half the country into poor people, look at China today, 400 million poor people, workers jumping out of factories to escape slavery, is this "development" in your mind???

@@SMGJohn it is absolutely anti-Marxist to think China was completely ready for socialism during Mao's era. A materialist analysis shows that Deng's reforms were the right step. History shows he made the right choices. Falling prey to ultraleftism or Maoist critiques only does harm. Is China perfect in 2021? Surely not. But capital answers to the party. Not the other way around. They're thinking long term, and have been for some time. Edit: they've also eradicated more poverty than any other country in the world. China is an economic miracle whether you like it or not, as was the USSR.

@@hanbyol19 For sure, even if one does not agrees with their political ideologies, Zhou Enlai's is by far the most noble Chinese recorded on video that inspires admiration for his character while all the others Chinese and including up to this days are skunks. If one man should have been the leader of China, it was Enlai, no Mao, nor Deng or any others. He has that humility of the selfless man serving a cause with discipline. Kim Il Sung also is a great character magnanimous and emanating a positive energy with humility.

The DPRK has lively economic and cultural exchange with over 130 countries around the world, just not with the hostile western countries, but they do not represent the world. @Jonathas Lopes Kim Il Sung also met with Jimmy Carter, Kim Jong Il met with South Korean President Kim Dae Jung and US FM Madeleine Albright, Kim Jong Un met with Putin, South Korean President Moon Jae-In, three times with Trump, several times with Xi Jinping, Vietnamese president Nguyen Phú Trong and PM of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong and none of them were communists.
