Her name is Monica Chacon not Ciccone (like Madonna). She’s a real estate attorney in Jersey. However, she worked with the Feds to take down the Giudices. The fact that Melissa and Kathy were friendly with Kim G after knowing she hated Teresa. She was friends with this woman Monica and went so far as to bring her to the Gorgas holiday party knowing the Giudices would be there and what chaos it would cause is so disgusting IMO. I completely agree with Kim on the Caroline take. Some people may question the use of the word complicit because they may feel reporting a crime is the correct thing to do. We in Jersey/New York most definitely do not condone someone calling the Feds on our friends. We refer to someone who does that as a Rachel Fuda.. um.. J/K…I mean, RAT!!

Monica Chacon is not a federal investigator and she’s a real estate attorney . She’s a private citizen so how would she have this much info on the Giudices properties, assets, business dealings? . Someone had to be telling her all their business.

Illmee, Monica chacon used to do real estate /house flipping deals for Frank Catania and Joe Gorga as far back as 2005. This goes deep. Frank was Joes lawyer and they did business together flipping houses and used to use Monica as the title examiner. Monica could only get info about the Giudices from Joe Gorga. Joe gorga lied through his teeth and looked Monica straight in the eyes at the s3 Christmas party and said “I don’t know you but you have to go“ . That was his lawyer since 2005. At the Posche fashion show Season 3, Monica sat with Kathy Wakile, Melissa, and Melissa’s 2 sisters. Joe Gorga knew Joes construction partner Joe Mastropole (another Italian in the same business) and he heard Joe Mastropole was trying to sue Giudice to get his money back so it was Joe Gorga who advised Mastropole to use Monica Chacon and her husband as attorneys. Joe Gorga is the snake behind this all . Then after all this for Joe and Melissa the stripper to say they put food on the girls table and helped them , disgusting. They really have not had the takedown season they deserve on Bravo. Andy always protects them

I totally agree with Kim about Caroline

I cannot agree with Joe calling the feds on his own sister knowing the severe damages it would cause for the entire family. That is hard to swallow.

When I finally lashed out from him constantly antagonizing me, he played victim and told my family he was scared of me. You’re right, family is not everything. That’s why when I watch these shows I never doubt what many are capable of. Because I’ve heard my own brother cry, plot and lie about me to family and complete strangers. It truly is scary.

Go back & watch some early seasons, the Manzo’s treated Joe & Teresa like the village idiots. The boys in particular got a big kick out of a drunk Juicy. That pack of mutts had no business looking their noses down at anyone.

Caroline bragging about knowing is dirty. Lauren has always been desperate for attention. Teresa isn't a saint but people acted like she was crazy for accusing Caroline but if she was there, it makes sense why you'd be suspected. I guess the collateral damage of the Giudice girls finding all of this out doesn't matter because Caroline and her daughter need attention and using Teresa is how to get it. Also, how are people with the kinds of ties the Manzo's supposedly have bragging about at the very least protecting a rat okay in their world?

Kim is absolutely on point with everything. And early on Caroline made a prediction as to what was going to happen to the Guidices. She was so spot on that it’s clear she was involved somehow and that’s why Teresa thought it was her. But she was there, it does not make sense why she would talk now, and she told without telling. Kim is right, as to who it was. They all did Teresa Joe and their daughter’s dirty. And Lauren is rude! Everyone don’t forget who the Manzos are and how the father in law turned up. But yet Caroline on reunion 1 and 2 lied about it. Dina tried to stop her from talking, but Caroline denied all the rumors. Dina got as far away for a reason. And yes, Caroline was complicit, and no Lauren, it’s not funny!

It’s the gaslighting and martyrdom for me. When Teresa accused Caroline, everyone including Andy acted like she was crazy. Now it comes out she was there, so Teresa wasn’t fully wrong or not so far off!!!? And for Caroline to say “I took the fall to save the person who did it….” Ugh. What a hero 😑 She might not have dialed the phone but being there shows how far these cast members were willing to go to take Teresa down. I think Andy is more involved too. He’s not protective of the Manzos and the Gorgas “just because.” I also think it’s telling that he is clearly not supportive of Teresa reconciling w Jacqueline. For the same reason Melissa isn’t.

I’m not surprised at all on how dirty and secretive Caroline could be. She took the fall for her sister in season one when they did a character assassination of Danielle. Oh and BTW. Some tea I just put out there regarding your friend Marge. I was listening to Melissa’s podcast where she mentioned how Joey Gorga was the one who talked Marge into pushing Marty (Danielle Staub’s ex) into the pool during the finale of season 9. Meanwhile, the following season Steven Dann, the boutique owner, told Danielle to pull Marge’s hair. Danielle asked Teresa if she should do it and Teresa said “yes.. do it”. Teresa was crucified for that by Margaret. I mean, didn’t Margaret do the exact same thing after Joey told her to do it? Marty could have drowned. I’m certain his expensive suit, phone, watch was all ruined. It’s completely hypocritical and just shows Margaret AND Joe Gorga’s true colors. Joe was there helping Marty to dry off afterwards and this was never brought up on the show. He could have said it when the Danielle/Margaret hair pull went down to help his sister out but he didn’t wanna throw Margaret under the bus either because she would look like the hypocrite she is.

I remember an episode back then where little Gia was crying for her mother when Caroline tried to comfort her after a baseball game. Kids know it in their spirit. She felt the negative energy. Caroline was so low to even say Gia was crying because of what she sees at home. Disgusting.

Personally I think it was Melissa because the way she said it that there will be collateral damage and also there’s always been rumors that it was Joe’s secretary I believe that made the call and in the very beginning of the RHONJ Melissa said she was his secretary. I also don’t always agree with Kim but regarding Caroline Manzo I definitely think this was a very low down dirty thing and I have no idea why she said it now and the only thing I can think is maybe she’s trying to get Lauren on the show but considering the fact that Caroline is supposedly suing bravo I just don’t know. The only thing worse than Caroline sitting there when the call was made is her now coming out but not saying who it was. Just curious, Why was Lauren there with her if there’s no agenda? Timing is very strange and Teresa needs to take back her apology to Caroline if that’s what she told Delores.

I would love to know Andy's opinion on this. He acts like Caroline is mother Teresa. Strange we haven't heard him bring this up at all. And on the reunion trailer we see him mocking Teresa and acting like she's crazy for saying that Joe and Melissa had something to do with it. Just like he did when she said the same about Caroline.

I think it was someone outside or who maybe was a passerby in the show. People knew whoever it was was gonna say something and didn't do anything about it. Basically facilitated it.

Caroline has an axe to grind with Teresa and gorgas she’s just stirring the pot because she was blamed by Teresa. Guilty consciences needs no accusers

Idk if Caroline thinks by revealing she was there when the call was made makes her any less guilty? Or..that somehow her hands are clean bc she didn’t pick up the phone herself but this is backfired big time!

I listed to the show and I heard it differently! "There are rumors online that at the reunion a reveal happened though" and Caroline said "PS I was there". She is commenting on she was there at the reunion. I think Jacqueline knows the truth and it was Joe Gorga who was involved and Caroline's comment on collateral damage is Gidice & Gorga's kids.

Good Morning DREAM TEAM! I’m so glad you nipped this in the bud first because I’ve always liked Caroline but I’m disappointed big time with her and Lauren now. For the most part, I’m the type that either goes big or goes home and given that she was there, she should have at least just flat out said who called. Don’t give us details and then not say. She shouldn’t have ever talked about it without the RESULTS. If she did say who it was then I wouldn’t feel like she was super complicit. I know everyone is thinking that it was Joe Gorga but the Manzo/Laurita family is big and they seem to have a lot of family friends too. I still don’t believe it was anyone who was/is super tied into the show. Like I’ve said before, I’m not on any team besides Team Revamp but I’m not going to automatically assume that it was The Gorgas. I agree with Kim D. The person who grassed felt comfortable to do that in front of Caroline Manzo & Co. She's untrustworthy, dangerous and the lowest of the low. Why say that now Caroline Manzo? Maybe she's worried someone else would beat her to it.

Caroline is a terrible person. Look what she did to her OWN SISTER! Hello!!!!!! Why does everyone gloss over that? And her being in the room makes her involved. Why was she in the room with the person who called? Why was she or even that person so comfortable to do that in front of each other? @@jamiebenzin3754 Yes Jamie. She left the show after s5. I remember after that last reunion where AC after so much prodding from the fans, finally tried to address her marriage. She skedaddled on to her own dud of a show. As for Lauren, her mom was always addressing her weight on the show so I can see how that intensified her insecurity and the way Caroline worshipped her boys.

Love Kim D! I always thought the Manzo's and Gorgas were responsible for the Guidice downfall. The Manzo's, Loretta, Wilkes,and Gorgas were so jealous of Theresa's success, especially knowing Joe was up to no good, and them feeling it was undesserved. Especially the Gorgas and Wilkes who ended up riding her coat tails anyway. I'm not justifying what he/ they did. But a rats a 🐀. Period. Agreed, Theresa should not forget. Forgive but not forget. Literally, everyone guns for her season after season. She still stands. I'm glad she paid her debt to society and can move on. I'm not sold on Louie, though.

Everybody who is supposedly jealous of Teresa is doing better than her though so it doesn't make sense. Teresa is actually the one lagging behind because she's terrible with $ and spends like it's going out of style. She's also the only felon, and the only one who ended up divorced.

I never liked Caroline from day 1. She was a bully and loved to control. She had everyone ice out Danielle in Season 1 for no reason. Then, did it to Teresa in Season 3/4. She was very jealous of Teresa’s confidence and happy spirit -same with Lauren .

Caroline is a fake. She loves the limelight and using Teresa for relevancy. Her children haven't done much beyond their parents. Her marriage has lasted for the longest of time they were always apart. Al is rumored to have had yrs long affair himself. They covered u Chris Laurita's business problems - the true depth of them. They seemed to have siphoned all the money out to put up a richer front for the show also. However the Lauritas and Manzos have good friends in HIGH places - governmental places. So a lot they did was not put on front street like the Guidice's stuff.

Dana Wilkey did a wonderful deep dive into this court case, read transcripts, explained the bankruptcy cases Teresa and Joe Were filing and how the Trustee was tipped off.

No offense to Caroline & the Manzo family, but I agree with Kim D on this point 110%. You do not rat on anyone, even be involved, or letting it happen in front of me. I love Caroline a lot and always thought she was classy, fair & proper, but I have to admit that I lost some respect for her after this. There was no need to share this in private or public.

Caroline and Jac Are doing all these interviews because of the upcoming show they are going to do with all their kids, in my opinion. I wonder if that's what they're going to 😢be filming this summer and then film the housewives in the fall or winter?? Also I think this is why Albie is engaged all of a sudden? Doesn't take a genius to figure out why Ashley is back in Jersey and very active on instagram with Teresa's brother's wife and Marge😂😂 To me it seems like they're making it pretty obvious what's going on. All of a sudden Caroline is everywhere creating buzz😊

What it comes down to is the FBI doesn’t put you in jail if you haven’t committed a crime

So the only reason I could think of as to why Caroline would be brazen enough to say now that she was complicit with being a rat in my opinion is that now Louie is being investigated too so certain people must be expecting this also to end very badly. I think the whole circle in Jersey is somehow happy when Theresa is unhappy.... and the know it all types like Caroline get bold and say look there's a pattern here. She just had to take it to the next level and rat on herself.😂

I have to wonder if there was some type of extenuating circumstances surrounding the reason why Caroline was there when the call was made and didn't say a word about it until now. Perhaps she's more comfortable now that the statute of limitation has run out or whatever her reasons were for keeping silent.

I totally agree with Kim. I lost so much respect for Caroline. How can you claim innocence, to me that's being complicit. Because of the Consequences to the people around the people who made the call, not being a rat? How are 'they' not rats? And what about the consequences on T's family? Now I think Caroline should apologise to T instead of the other way around. If this is T's family, that's Shakespearean level of betrayal.

I appreciate Kim for this response. I hate when people hate Teresa and like the person that wronged her totally dismiss what that person did wrong to her. Kim hates Teresa and have spoken well about Caroline but she was honest about how disgusting this is.

Joe gorga didn’t care about his parents. He did the christening fight in front of his parents. He stole his parents home/got it foreclosed on and left them homeless and having to rely on Joe giudices help. He is shameful. He only cares about his pony melissa

Lauren Manzo already came forward that it was not Joe Gorga. Caroline never revealed this before so why now? SHE needs to make it clear that it was not Joe Gorga. He would never do that. He and Melissa have been on the receiving end for years and years. It was Joe G ex partner. This was made clear years ago by Chris Laurita. I dont think Melissa and Joe Gorga knew that attorney was coming. That is speculation. Joe and Teresa messed up and still blame others. Caroline needs to hush if she knows. This is really awful.

No they knew the attorney was coming. Otherwise the story line for that season to show the gorgas as not being like Tersea wouldn't of fit. They know Monica BEFORE for years. There was many articles that proved it back when it was airing. Where it's in their town records. Not just Frank was used as a notary for house flipping sales but Monica was as well. Kathy's husband also did flips his brother or brother in law is/was a police officer he bought off one of the flips, it shows that gorgas and Wakiles did house flips, Monica is on a few of those paper work. It even shows the property bought etc. So it is really suspicious & hard to believe that the gorgas didn't know anything about this scene or who Monica was.

I can't remember the city records site because it was so many years ago but a few sources with the link to the town archives records & photos of it where in their articles for viewers to look into themselves. They weren't flagged to remove it or I can't remember seeing them get told it's not true to remove it, so maybe could be altered who's knows, but the city archives that's public record I don't know maybe someone who's actually from there can try looking into it to see. What was reported was that the gorgas have used Monica as the notorized person of standing to sign off on the bought home to be purchased. The dates are before the gorgas were even on the show.

The call would have to be someone who would have the knowledge of their actual going ons of their personal mortgage, loans etc not someone just too far out & angry about being owed money. They would have to be reliable enough to actually be taken serious or helpful to leading to getting the allowance to investigate & lead to being so sure of a conviction. From what I heard, the first red flag was by guidice's own bank on when they filed for bankruptcy is what started them as the bank being suspicious because they tried to stop, say they didn't need to declare bankruptcy. So the bank was already looking it over, possible someone was aware of this, so who was close enough to know this business. I'm not entirely sold on it being a business partner because Joe guidice lost his court case that Monica was so gun ho about (I also remember rumours of back then, that ppl were saying she was trying to be a housewife too she wanted on) Joe was ordered to pay that business partner. Who he didn't pay I'm wondering if it was a different partner then who Chris was speaking of because it doesn't make sense why he would be threatening Joe to call, if Monica was already trying to put it together, and they won that court case against how and tersea. Tersea was dropped out of it, Joe was not as he did sign his partners name. Remember the guidice attorney explained it in an episode that Joe had to pay his ex business partner back,that tersea was excluded out of the suit against them. I only think Caroline is saying it now because, she's tired of Tersea trying to stop her coin purse. Since it's being said bravo wanted Caroline back to phase out Tersea's story line of the show let her move on, caroline is now promoting her own cook book has her KZread cooking show. Tersea just lunched her own KZread cooking show that also promotes her past 4cookbooks she's done. Tersea also is no matter the hate she gets, she's definitely getting successful with so many different offers. So to bring it out brings more attention to Caroline name, gets more ppl talking about it, I can't see the manzos protecting the gorgas because like it was said in this upload, caroline knows many will assume it's the gorgas but in same breath she's talking about how she's so friendly with the gorgas they never done anything wrong. But she also said they have not spoken to the gorgas in 7 years. So how is it they always been good? She mentions how when they do run into each other like at bravo con it's like when they left off before. With Caroline,remember she also said she loved Joe guidice, how he doesn't care about the bells & whistles he's happiest at the cat skills his father's house he built there. That she sees tersea always pushing him for everything. So to be there when thr call was made while still filming with love is very dark very mob like mentality literally mafia style, we have a saying on people who do that thing. So I can see where Kim D is coming from in what she's saying.

I recall seing Kim G. (Kim Granatelle) all over social media with information on the Guidices and she was best of friends with the Lawyer, Monica Chacon, who had an agenda to get the feds on the Guidices. Also, isn't Caroline's younger son best friends with Kim Gs son. All of a sudden, Caroline and Kim G fell out, and we never knew why. Caroline said that she can't tell who it was because it will hurt people. Makes me wonder if (people) is her sons best friend? I wonder 😮 I thought Chris Laurita said in the reunion that the Partner Joe Mastropole send Guidice a message, but Chris told anothe aquintance of theirs to tell the Guidices. I wonder if this is were Joe Gorga comes in? I saw a Dana Wilkey video here on KZread that explains the Guidices case, page by page, it's guicy and interesting to see how Joe and Teressa defrauded the system. Calculated as he'll also it explaines why they WITHDREW their first BANKRUPCY. Details, details and more guicy details. It's a good deep dive video.
