Hiya Shane and Diana 🥰 oh wow so many beautiful things in this kiln unload 🤩🤩 I love all of the different colour combinations- a few favs would be the large stein, the whale tale and gnomes - Diana that was a huge amount of glazing you got done 🥰💕🤩

Thank you ❤ I felt like I was super slow last week because I couldn’t seem to get to making anything. Then when we unloaded the kiln I realized I was super busy just in a different way. I think the stein is definitely gonna be a favorite!!!😊. Hope you were able to get some bird feeders made. I can’t wait to see them❤

Do you make your own brown clay? It has a beautiful sheen!

Hi there! Our brown clay comes from Kentucky Mudworks, it’s called Shelltowee Brown. It’s a very smooth clay, and a joy to work with! It’s very easy to get a nice shine because it doesn’t have any grog or other particles. I normally burnish with a metal soup spoon while it’s on the wheel 😁

We didn’t sell many of them at our last event, but we’re hopeful that more people will like them when we do our next one on Friday! 😁
