KSE is the rare case of a band where both singers that were in the band are of equal caliber and talent

Jesse or Howard, it doesn't matter much to me. They're both great and Killswitch Engage never dissapoints.

I fucking love this band. Ever since I discovered them back in 2004, and I’ve been with their music and label now for 16 years. No regrets! *drops mic*

He sings with so much passion. This is the original KSE at its finest.

Zackdabest Adam D. wrote the chorus of the song. But, Jesse wrote all of the verses and even a pre-chorus that was originally planned for the song. Those two made it through some hard times together. And Howard did his part by carrying the band forward during Jesse’s departure while he was Fightin his own storm.

Ok, so I’m an old school Killswitch fan. AOJB was my first album from them! I was so disappointed when Jesse exited the band. Howard is an amazing vocalist though! No disrespect whatsoever. I never got to see them live with Jesse, but I saw them with Howard in New Orleans at the House of Blues. Then I got to see them again with Jesse last October at the Dosequis pavilion. Both shows were absolutely amazing. No way I could pick the vocalist I like more.

Se esfuerza mucho para cantar y hodwar simplemente le sale natural jajaja. Ya hodward con 50 años no puede cantar como antes pero jesse se jode mucho las cuerdas y para ser el grito crudo lo hace muy mal y le falra fuerza puede que a otros les guste más pero jones lo hace mas controlado mas estudio

Puede ser, pero definitivamente cuando no canta guturalmente, se escucha muchísimo más claro, nítido y entendible a Jesse. Howard opaca mucho el micrófono a parte de que lo tapa con la palma de su mano y no se le entiende bien.

@@CKaphwan Es fácil para mi desintegrar a jesse explicó. Jesse si a veces se le entiende, por que ? Sencillo saca el gutural mucho con su garganta y se esfuerza demasiado si no pregunta cuantas operaciones tiene. Jones tiene errores pero puedes verlo en muchos videos que cuando lo hace bien es invencible y tiene el gutural más potente que jesse, sencillo es la técnica. Se puede ver como jesse imita un poco la voz de hodward incluso a sacado el estilo parecido, su voz limpia no es buena . Obvió los racistas de EE.UU no pueden ver que ese negri lo haga mejor se ponen a llorar . Puedo ver miles de videos y jesse jamás lo va hacer mejor que hodward . Jesse tiene errores cuando pasa del gutural a la limpia y no tiene potencia en el mismo lo digo por que he ido a conciertos y no llega a las notas .

@@CKaphwan Otra cosa yo soy fan de jesse y hodward pero vamos tio el negro le mete mejor. Mira es no más mirar los tipos de cuerpos; hodward es gordo, grande y tiene mas capacidad para las notas y potencia que jesse es obvio . Los fallos de jesse se tapan con la energía que tiene . Pueden muchos criticar y tener un favorito pero en voz ese negri es un Dios es limpios debería estar entre lo mejores vocalistas de todos los tiempos, Dile a cualquiera que crítica el metalcore que busque su mejor cantante de metal, y lo ponga a cantar una canción de hodward o jesse y que pase de gututal a limpios y siga así por 1 hora pagaria por verlo no llegan quedan sin voz. Jesse y hodward son unos dioses.

That first album, was ground breaking and their best by a long shot. Howard was superb as well though, total respect.

My 2 cents. I love Howard. But it seems like all of the Howard fans jumped on the bandwagon before listening to old kse with Jess. He is the heart and soul of this band. Howard did amazing work with them. Dont get me wrong. But God damn give Jesse some respect.

They may be equal singers but Jesse wrote better not emo lyrics

Vocalist KSE now is not recommended for me Still the best Howard Jones vocal in KSE

If they didn't do songs from the Howard years, they'd have no hits to play.

Yeah you’re technically right. However aojb is a cult classic album and is the best album by the band in the opinion of many fans.
