Lost my dog, my girlfriend, and myself in the span of a couple months. Something freeing about it, as hard as it is. So relieving to be human and survive through all these experiences. It is truly incredible. I love you all, i hope we find peace.

Prior to listening to this I was anxious and my heart was feeling hardened over a meeting I was preparing to go into. I listened to this 20 mins before going into the meeting. There was nothing, absolutely nothing to laugh about going on during the meeting but for the life of me I couldn't stop myself from smiling and I had this intense urge to just laugh. I had to pinch myself several times under the table to keep myself from bursting out with laughter.😂😂😂 Thank you for this gift and I do want to play it over and over again, and I will.

In the first minute I could tell something was happening. I felt energy across my torso and my upper back started to heat up. I continued to feel heat in my upper back and could feel my heartbeat there as well. My headspace was filled with light and I felt very calm.
