🍅🍝 Killer Tomato Pasta Recipe That Will Change Your Dinner Game Forever! 🤯🔥

Hi guys!
It is time for some super fresh and light pasta, perfect for the summer!
This recipe is for 2 portions and it takes about 20-25mins.
Here is what you need:
Ingredients:
Pasta - 200gr (by choice)
Cherry tomatoes - 400gr/14oz
Parmesan cheese - 50gr
Garlic - 2 cloves
Fresh basil leaves -15gr/0.5oz/6-7leaves
Chili flakes - 1tsp
Black pepper - 1tsp
Let`s cook:
The pasta I chose takes about 10 minutes to cook. The sauce takes about 20-25mins, therefore I would start the sauce first. First of all heat and oil the frying pan, I use extra virgin olive oil. Cut the washed tomatoes in half. Start cooking them. Chop finely the garlic. Add it to the tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Add a spoon of salt, a spoon of chili flakes, and a spoon of black pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stir and press the tomatoes to help them get their juice out. Add 100gr of pasta water. Continue cooking and stirring for another 5min. Add the fresh basil leaves. You can finely chop them or just cut them in half. Let them cook for about 5min on low heat. Drain and add the pasta. Add 50 grams of pasta water, the parmesan cheese, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir well and serve! Simple as that guys! Enjoy!
