Killed a Son While High

Ойын-сауық

The plaintiff says she was with the defendant for 10 years, and they were married for two of those. She alleges he was addicted to pills and crack, and he killed her son in a car accident while high. She’s suing him for child support. The defendant admits he’s made mistakes and went to prison for killing his ex’s son while high. He denies owing anything.

Watching this case is sad because the defendant comes across as not being very remorseful for the death caused by his very own selfish actions and it shows it will have unfortunate lasting implications. Even though the plaintiff knew in 2001 from what her child told her that the defendant went to a crack house to smoke crack at that crack house while the kids were there, she remained with him long enough to be with him until 2008. I don't like to say this but she is also the blame for what happened, because she knew what she was dealing with from the get-go and she should have protected her kids by staying away from that man. SMH

It doesn't matter remember he said he met her when the baby was six months old so technically, that became his son because he loved him and helped raise him. But she's also at fault for the behavior before that because she said that he was a crackhead and took the kids to a crack house and she continue to stay with him. And keep her children involved in that.

With all due respect to the plaintiff, she's the one that stayed with the defendant after she found out he was a crackhead in 2001 and then she also let her son go with the defendant on a trip in 2008 even though she knew he was going to be high on drugs. She must have turned a blind eye to his addictions all those years because of all the gifts and money that he was showering her with.
