Woke up from a long sleep. He yawned, stretched, and at last opened his eyes completely. For two minutes, however, he lay in his bed without moving, as though he were not yet quite certain whether he were awake or still asleep, whether all that was going on around him were real and actual, or the continuation of his confused dreams. But when they looked at me with their sweet eyes full of love, when I felt that in their presence my heart, too, became as innocent and just as theirs, the feeling of the fullness of life took my breath away, and I worshipped them in silence. Their children were the children of all, for they all made up one family.

Total class act. Love her.
One of the greatest cinematic duos if you ask me Quentin and Thurman,
11:55 "Having children flips the game from being about you to being about what you can create in a home and what your responsibilities are." This is what brought me here.
Charlie totally misunderstood what Uma was saying about Quentin being a self taught original director. Of course all directors are influenced by other movies and art, but her point was that he doesn't feel bound to any typical formulas or narrative styles, he believes in his vision 100%
She's very insightful. I wish whatever happened between Q&U didn't and they could've made many brilliant films after.

I guess you're being sarcastic about the interviewer. Yes, Charlie Rose was often very good. Here, he uses his guest to get answers about somebody else. I don't think he did as much research beforehand as he should have. Had he done his homework, maybe the questions would have generated more enlightening answers.
The way speaks about her children is beautiful, love her 😍
The man has a vivid imagination. There! She said it!!
Love me some Uma. Such an unique talent.

The moment the interviewer said so your saying Tarantino is like any other director he unveiled his objective which was to make Uma Thurman look bad.But an honest good hearted woman will only keep showing humbleness and many good deeds from her heart which pushes out trapers such as this interviewer.I just do not like that Tarantino ended up having his way with Uma total unprofessional and really shows that Tarantino was scared lost that he had to have Uma to actually feel in total control but sadly it backfired as well. Uma you are a great woman.
