Yea, that'd be amazing. I know that creating a song is never a one day process unless one is just putting finishing touches on existing ideas. A lot of work goes into it.. weeks, months, sometimes years to perfect the riff or the solo or progression.. It is a process of making stuff better.. Having said that, I'd love to see the backstage of the composition process even if it is for one day.. So much to learn!

That is very much the case. Some people are extremely adept at writing parts and riffs but improvisation and jamming is a whole other story. Look at the dudes from Polyphia, they throw together some really interesting songs but I saw a video of them jamming at some G3 type event with Steve Vai and they were absolutely lost. It's just two entirely different skills in a lot of ways. That's one of the reasons I love jam band stuff like Umphreys McGee for example. Every show is different as the way they improv over each song and where it ends up going is completely unique. If you haven't heard of them check them out.

Kiko totally deserves a plugin. His tone is always so damn good. I'm guessing it's in the works. Kiko is one of the guitarists that usually has presets on the other plugins.

I would love to hear an entire album from them. They work together so comfortably. The music is fantastic and relaxing.

I KNOW RIGHT?? I feel like if they worked so well right away they would find so much interesting stuff to compose with more time. I also feel like this might have been a lot of the magic of the moment. But hopefully they do more!

Many people would say Kiko was lucky to play in Megadeth, but hearing his creativity when improvising, I feel like the opposite is true.

This can't be real, where are the scenes where one of them gets mad and throws a beer bottle at the other? ;) This was awesome.

Lets not forget Kiko has a lifetime of experience writing his heart out for his baby Angra! I had the privilege of having my band open for Angra a few years back in Toronto. By then Kiko had already parted ways to join Megadeth, but sharing the stage with musicians that were showcasing Kiko's legacy was an unbelievable experience. Love you Kiko man, you've taught us alot!

Kiko is a guitar monster, immense in talent and musical knowledge. Plini has immediately realized the beast in front of him and has managed to conduct this talent brilliantly in a great song. I love these two guys.

As a musician, this is the stuff that makes life worth living. I absolutely enjoyed every moment. Thank you, my brothers. You have made my night.

this video has made me understand fully that Kiko is like, one of the greatest living guitarists. every choice he made was at such an expert level during the composition process. he blew my mind. and that's no knock on plini, he's a certified beast as well. such a cool collaboration!!!

Kiko is trained in multiple genres and formally trained and has more than a decade of music industry experience international; Plini has made a name of himself out of his bedroom demos and practically self taught and carved out his musical niche. Both are very refreshing to hear and thanks to Neural DSP for giving us and them the opportunity for this excellent showcase.

More than a decade? Dude was already established in Angra 30 years ago playing arenas. People just did not know Kiko much in North America until Megadeth. Dude has been a legend. Been among my very favorite guitarists since I first heard his solo on Carry On, welllllll over a decade ago

Got myselft smiling and truly enjoying this entire video. Plini and Kiko together is something really unexpected and it turned out GREAT. Both are monsters. This ideia of getting 2 (or more) guitar heros and put them to compose a song and record the entire process is just AMAZING. Thank you and keep this going, Neural! I’m just like Plini when I jam with someone who’s massively talented at improvising haha. Just loop a line that is simple but stays in the key of what’s being played and hope for the best.

This is so great, I kept smiling through the entire video... The improvising parts was beautiful and poetic by itself, but somehow their talents turned it into a full song, magically. Hope Neural DSP could make more artists collab like this in the future😉

Writing songs with a guy like kiko is probably so fun and easy. He's got all the notes under his fingers already.

Kiko is an absolute guitar virtuoso, overflowing with talent and musical wisdom. Plini recognized his prowess right away and skillfully guided that talent into creating an amazing song. These two guys make a remarkable duo, and I'm loving every bit of it.

Kiko is such a versatile guitarist. This guy can shred at the speed of light while writing melodies and progressions that touches your soul.

These are two of my favorite guitarists and this matchup actually makes a lot of sense. Kiko's earlier solo stuff had a lot of jazz and fusion influences much like Plini. He's better known now for his work with Megadeth, but he's one of the most versatile guitarists out there. Great job Neural for bringing these two together and great job Plini and Kiko this song rocks!

This is gold. Two masters craft a collaborative project in a short time, and we have free access the discussion done in there. I had a chat with Plini about how he is working on his project and come up with beautiful melodies, and in a short discussion I had amazing tips. And now this, gives me in depth knowledge to guide me more on my music. Plini, Kiko and Neural DSP fellas(from cameraman to the edit guy I don't care), thank you so much for everything you did to make this happen. Probably I'll check it a couple times in a row to catch cool points, like the back and forth chat about the first section with either harmonization or using distorted guitar in the same melodic intro context. This actually reminded me Blue Angel. And guys, if you have any long version docs about Blue Angel, I would dig!! If you need an amateur video editor I could help to share the workload :) Thanks for the video and I wish all of you a wonderful year!

One of the coolest videos I've watched this year! Absolutely amazing to see the chemistry and the song writing process. This goes to show the level of these musicians that they can sit down for a few hours and create such a cool piece.
