This is so sad 😢. I don't understand why people fight over land or material things. Our parents left a lot of wealth but we've never argued about how it should be divided. Even my brothers kids who are now orphans and my other brothers widow and her kids all get an equal share on the investments. If we get to the point of fighting, I'll give up my portion. But I don't think that will ever happen, it's been 13 years now

Family conflicts are many in our societies for real.

My family story after the death of my grandfather my aunt's joined hands with our grandmother that was back in 90s they went to court and wanted the land to be divided between them they said that my dad was mentally unstable and had no family and by then dad had 8kids .By good luck my dad knew about it and he took a legal step but it wasn't going to be an easy journey but dad worn the case the court demanding that he was to be given almost a3rd of the land.

Shushu and guka died in 2021 and i was raised up by them they had one daughter only who is my mum.she got married and left me with my grandparents... after the death....what was left for me ...mum took it away ...but guka alisema asichukuwe vitu zake before akufe coz they were not in good terms...will these ... those words affect her.. please help...mugabo muge ....
