Since she withdrew money, that probably means she gave her cash. I say that because if she just took money from her account and digitally transferred to someone's else account in same bank. Of course there is records of that, that you can easily access. Yes it may hide certain information, but at very minimal you will be able to see that a transfer was made in your bank statement. However it showed withdrawal, which withdrawal usually means she got cash. If anyone worked in a bank and knows better, please let me know if this is not true for every bank. But if I'm right then that means she took out cash and gave her money. Which is why she would need defendant to prove if the cash was deposited into her bank account. Geez I hare that these people talk just like politicians, purposely trying to misconstrue what they actually did.

I don't understand how she cannot provide the proof of the deposit...and why it couldn't be transferred between accounts. I have friends with the same bank as I do and different ones, and I can just transfer the funds to them with no issue, and can see the transaction showing all the details...And if you have to withdraw and then deposit, the bank gives you a receipt. What idiot just gives $3,820 to someone behind a counter without getting a receipt detailing the transaction??? And which bank is she saying doesn't provide them, as if what she is saying is true, I'm sure that would be a breach of banking regulation for them to not provide receipts for deposits?????
