I’m 19 years old. I am adopted from Russia in 2005. My one dream that I have is to be able to repay them one day for everything they did for me. Every single day I dream about the day I do give back to them. I can’t wait

Totally agree with @DJTEMEKA. You're a wonderful young man, I can tell by your desire to help your parents. You also provided them with likely the most precious gift they could want: a son to love and add to their family . . . you! I'll bet the greatest payback you could give them would be for you to be happy, live a fulfilling life and let them know you love them. That will provide them with that payback every day of their life. Those are joys too many parents will never experience.

Such Lucky parents to have such appreciative children!! My kids are both 33 and 35 years old and I was a single parent for 8 years and worked 3 jobs to take care of them ! I have had to help them both constantly to pay bills still to this day ! I bought them both homes and cars paid their bills help raise my grandchildren !! My daughters brand new home caught fire and nearly burned down but because she would let me help her get the right home owners insurance it would only pay for the contents ! So I decided to rebuild it myself which I did it took me 8 months and $25,000 to do it but I got it done ! I am yet to receive a Thank You !! I have been a loving and kind Daddy who has always made sure that my children knew that Love and Family were the most important thing to me so I don’t understand Why they both are So unappreciative!! My Mom always told me “Don’t expect Anything or You will get your feelings hurt” She was Right !!

I’m a daughter that hasn’t had such love as you have given to your children. My father committed suicide when I was 13 and my mother was narcissistic and cruel so your adult children don’t even know how lucky they are. Do not be too saddened by their actions because you will be rewarded in a way much more profound than any earthly experience could give. I just wanted you to know that. ✨🤍✨

The best thing my parents did for me was made me work for everything. I paid for my first car at 17, paid for my university education, paid for my own house. Everything. It taught me the true value of hard work. My parents are the best because they taught me the lessons I needed in this life no not only survive truly hard times but to prosper. Seems to me like you gave your children everything yet they learned nothing. This is why they are unappreciative.

My parents cared of me and still care (even if I'm 50 years old), they supported me to raise my kids (as my wife died when they were 2 and 4 years old), but I can never afford any presents like these in this video but I think they don't expect that and honestly I think not many kids can afford a house/dream car/bike (maybe) for their parents here in Germany. But my parents do know that I love them and have respect (which is the result of their great "work" on raising me to an adult).

I am so happy that some people have children who recognize their parents’ sacrifices. I wish my older ones did. It was not an easy time raising them, but parents are easy to blame for the child’s adult shortcomings even when they had nothing but love and were always cared for.

All I am going to say is that an adult child and their parents can have very different perceptions of how they are raised. The older the parents get the more likely to pretend or actually come to believe all the abuse/neglect that occurred never happened.

I am a Father, 55 years old. I haven't had the best track record in business or money for that matter. THere is a tremendous amount of guilt that comes with not being able to figure it out. Many of the tears shed in these videos, were not joy. THey were guilt, shame and pride. I know this, as that is the immediate feeling I felt watching these fathers wishing they themselves had done better. Each and everyone of us is on our own journey. Sometimes we play the hand we were dealt smart, sometimes not so much.

You don’t have to buy your parents a house, pay off their mortgage or buy them fancy toys to show your parents how much you appreciate them. You can spend time with them, let them know they matter in your life, that’s all what parents ever wanted is to be a part of their children’s life.

@@coureenlawrence4915 Nope, that is not what I said. I said men are simple. Meaning, men don't ask for much in life. But if you give a man that one thing that has meaning to him, he will forever be grateful and appreciative. The motorcycle and corvette are merely symbolic.
